This black steam cleaner with its adjustable handle and different included attachments is handy for deep cleaning around the house. Most often I roll it out to tackle the greasy spots on our stovetop and under the range hood. With two kids who like to “help” in the kitchen and a dog who naps on the sofa, I wanted something stronger than a regular spray bottle. The high-temperature steam combined with the brush head makes it easier to loosen cooked-on splatters. After running the brush over an area, I wipe with a kitchen towel and can literally see more residue lifting off than when using just warm water. It’s also light enough for me to carry from the kitchen to the living room without feeling cumbersome, and the water tank is simple to fill at the sink. The adjustable handle lets me switch from lower cabinets to higher spots without bending awkwardly. I’ve also used it on the darker patches on our sofa fabric where the dog jumps up after playing outside. The steam helps refresh the fabric so it looks cleaner once blotted dry. The included tools nozzles, small brushes, and pads give a lot of ways to clean different surfaces, even though I haven’t tried them all yet. The hose length is decent and feels sturdy when pulling it across the floor. The only drawbacks I’ve noticed are that it takes a little while to heat up fully and you have to pause to refill if you are doing a big job. Also, the smaller brush heads can get warm to the touch after extended use, so I wear a glove for longer sessions. This cleaner is one of the best items I've ever purchased on Amazon. When I opened the box, right on top was a storage bag with handles to store not only the machine, but all its parts and attachments. After removing the bag, I thought I had hit the jackpot! All kinds of brushes, scrapers, some steel wool, a rag like a dishcloth, an extender tube, and even heavy rubber gloves to protect the user from getting burned by the steam. So many accessories! After reading the documentation, I used the cleaner in my shower stall, which really needed a very good cleaning. I took a before video and an after video, and the contrast is amazing! This steam cleaning method is just an incredible way to clean many things like upholstery, grout, stains, and so much more. It is summer now, but I am on the road to some serious spring cleaning! I highly, VERY highly, recommend this product to anyone needing a good cleaning, and since this uses only water, no chemicals, it is environmentally safe! ... show more

I was so happy to finally get a 2500 watt hand held steamer to tackle some nasty areas in the house we just bought. I have had my large model steam cleaners for years with no issue and I use them for floors, walls and ceilings and I have 3 lower watt hand held steamers that I use for light duty steaming such as sinks and showers and toilets. With that said I’m experienced with all types of steam cleaners. So I’m extremely disappointed with this steamer. I cannot get it to produce steam and it keeps shutting itself off after a minute. Water was coming out of places it shouldn’t and it had a burning smell to it. So I’ve requested a return and unfortunately will be buying a different brand. If the seller would offer to send me one to replace this then I would be willing to cancel the return if the new one works. It’s a decent size for the price and would be easy to use. It’s one of the only ones I’ve seen that comes with a carrying bag to keep everything together. I had my heavy duty drying fan on it all night trying to get it dry to ship it back. ... show more

Most people probably buy a steam cleaner to tackle dirty carpets or grout. Not me—I bought it to melt beeswax off my honey frames. And let me tell you, this thing shoots steam like a locomotive late for work. Frames come out squeaky clean, and I don’t have to chisel away like a medieval candle maker anymore. Bonus: my garage now smells faintly like a spa for bees. The neighbors probably think I’ve opened a weird wellness retreat for insects. If you want a steam cleaner for “normal” cleaning, sure—it’ll do that. But if you want to feel like a wizard blasting molten beeswax off wood, this is absolutely the gadget you need. ... show more
