We had some very stubborn calcium deposits in the grout of our shower. They'd built up over the years, and no amount of scrubbing or spraying seemed to do much to remove them. We tried different cleaning products too, and nothing really worked. Turns out all we ever needed to do was hit them with steam. This little unit made a huge difference. It's lightweight, small, and tucks away nicely when not in use. It's easy to operate, and the hose and cord length allow us to reach and treat things without getting scalded. It works well and we're quite happy with it.

I currently already own an all-in-one steam mop and a separate hand-held steamer. Both work great, and I’m sharing that information for comparison. This unit is a great option for someone who needs a device that can do both: clean floors and flat surfaces, as well as cleaning difficult nooks and crannies, such as tile grout, hard-to-clean corners (like in refrigerators, et cetera). The downside compared to an all-in-one mop or a hand held unit is this steam cleaner is a little more cumbersome. However, it does do a great job, and because it’s versatile it does everything by itself as well as the two separate units I mentioned. My two separate units would cost more than this single steam cleaner, and because of that, it’s a good value for the price. This steam cleaner also included a lot of different attachments, as well as gloves, silver scrubby thingies, and other knick-knacks that are not necessary, but thoughtful. I love using steam cleaners because they do a great job without needing any chemicals. The water tank’s capacity was plenty to do my kitchen floor and eating area. It seems to be well made. I like the terry cloth pads (came with 2) that attach via hook-and-loop fasteners. They are washable and did a good job of getting grime off the floor (pro tip: if you rinse them off right after use they clean up much easier, even if you throw them in the clothes washer afterwards). My all-in-one floor mop is still my go-to when I just need to mop the floor because it’s more convenient than this unit, but if I didn’t have that, I would be very content to have this unit. The only reason I subtracted one star is because of the manual. It was difficult to read because of the translation work on it, as well as the layout which was confusing and didn’t follow any normal reading pattern. Not a huge deal because the unit is fairly straightforward to use.

The steam is not very powerful nor is it very hot. Instructions are put through a translator and there are no instructions to put it together. It's pretty straight forward so you should easily figure it out... but still, no instructions? The 5M cord is not that long, you can clean a small kitchen and not much more. I had to move the cord from one outlet to another to get the kitchen done. It's tedious, The pads that come with this are decent at best, they'll be garbage within a few weeks max. They feel pretty generic so I'm sure you can find replacements for it with the same dimensions. Overall I'm happy and not happy with this product. I can't find much of a use for it, it steams the floor but doesn't sanitize it. The water is no way near hot enough. It's tedious to use, and most of the attachments are for nothing. One good use is to clean the shower but even then, bleach and a scrub would do better. I'm also scared that this hose is getting too hot while using for around ~15 minutes. It was VERY hot to the touch. I can place my hand out right in front of the steam and it isn't scalding hot. It's like shower hot at max setting.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve only used this steam cleaner on my floors so far, and it gets the job done! It’s compact, easy to move around, and I love that it doesn’t require any chemicals, just steam. The only downside is that the instructions aren’t very detailed, so setup took a little guesswork. Overall, a great cleaner for simple, chemical-free floor cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. 1/26: update: blew up in my bedroom on the second use! Return window closed and the seller isn’t responding to emails asking for a replacement. DONT BUY! 10/25: This steam cleaner is top notch quality. It heats up in seconds vs my other large steamers that take 15 minutes to heat up. Water can be continuously added without any wait time. My others have to completely cool down to release all the pressure before it can be opened to add more water. That adds so much time to the cleaning chore. Don’t get me wrong my others are fantastic cleaning beasts but this new one is such a time saver. This has powerful steam pressure and many attachments that can handle any grimy mess or just to kill the bacteria that causes stink and release the smell from fabrics and carpets. Bugs don’t stand a chance to the high degree of the steam. I love that it has wheels too. Most smaller ones don’t. The biggest rule to follow when using hot steam to clean, sanitize or kill organisms is to move slowly and give each area at least 2 minutes of steam. You’ll get amazing results if you take your time. My only complaint is that the handle to spray is way too big and thick. It’s hard to hold after a few minutes. I wish the designers would make them smaller.

this was not quite what I thought it was going to be. there are a lot of pieces and attachments and it was confusing. at least for me how to put some of them on. I thought with the big square base I would be able to use that to clean the carpet. however, that is only good for steaming hardwood or linoleum floors. I ended up using this to clean my outside siding on the house and it worked pretty well. I can say that I probably won't use it inside as the amount of water that came out is a bit much and I don't think the unit is set up to suck up excess liquid.
