Ts a small job steam cleaner in my opinion. Used it to clean bathroom fixtures and grout lines. It worked ok but took time to get the results I wanted. It’s hot, it’s steamy. But it’s a small job tool. It worked okay, followed the instructions and made all the connecting tight and had no problems with the operation.

this is the first steam cleaner I've purchased. over all I like the way it functions very easy and straight forward. the instructions are written in tiny font * tip take a photo with your phone so you can zoom * I'm wandering all over the house looking for things to clean. even used it to steam a jacket that has been wrinkled from the back of the closet. the only thing I dont like is that idk how to drain out the water in the tank after the job is done. I dont want to store it that way so I either have to look for other things to clean to use up the tank or I dont fill it all the way. I figured I rather fill it more frequently than have left over I cannot pour out. other than that I think its great. I'm glad I got it

This was the 2nd one I bought in 2 months and both stopped working. Amazon will not return due to after 30 days, I recently moved (as they can tell and hadn’t opened it till after I fully moved in) the automated return doesn’t care. Ans there is no way to get any warranty information . I spend a lot of money thru Amazon and they could at least uphold a replacement for the companies they allow to sell thru, I’m very disappointed.
