I received this product for free to test, but this review is based entirely on my own experience. Overall, this is a very good handheld steam cleaner. It is incredibly easy to use and the user manual is exceptionally clear to follow. The machine heats up fast, and the steam output is really strong. I used it on my carpets and it cleaned them really well in a short amount of time. It also comes with a generous kit of attachments that should be sufficient for any regular household use. The one major thing I want to point out is that the steam cleaner needs to be connected to a power cord to be used. One of the product photos falsely indicates that this is a cord-free handheld device, which is not the case. As long as you don't mind plugging it in, it is a fantastic and capable cleaning tool.

This steamer is perfect for removing creases in all different types of fabric. I have tried other steamers that do not even compare to this steamer! I have a dress that was shipped and I could not get the creases, fold lines and wrinkles out. This steamer worked and removed it all! I added the attachment with the squeegee and cleaned my shower glass. It worked great! The glass was cleanecwith little effort. I changed the attachment and used the little brush to clean out my bathroom sink. I even held the pointed attachment into the drain to clean out the pipes and it worked perfect. You will not be disappointed in this steamer. I am going to keep it and use it only for my clothes. I am very, very pleased at how well my garments came out!

This steam cleaner works really well. It heats up fast and has strong steam that actually lifts dirt and helps remove odors. I’ve used it on my couch, mattress, and bathroom, and everything looks and smells cleaner without using chemicals.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my fabric sofa as I can’t take off the covers. I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. I mainly bought it to clean my fabric sofa, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I have yet to try it on windows or for the bathroom but I’ll update this review when I do! Pros Lightweight, easy to use Long cord to be able to go around Fast heat Cons None I just wished it had suction on top of all these functions! (but it’s not a steamer vacuum as stated in the description)

Don't buy this product! I've used it three times, and the steam from the attachments is extremely hot, making it impossible to iron out skin. When using the fabric cleaning attachments, they are heavy, and the nozzle wobbles.

The media could not be loaded. This is an easy steam cleaning system to use and it comes with several attachments that are simple to switch out while your cleaning. It heats up within 30 seconds and has a very powerful spray no matter which attachments your using. The cord is extra long which makes getting around to do various cleaning tasks in one area a breeze! I particularly like the glass squeegee attachment that comes with two cotton covers that can easily be thrown in the washer and then dried. I have grandchildren and several pets one being a bird. Their respiratory systems are very sensitive to any perfumes or chemicals...some cleaners are actually fatal to birds. I really enjoy cleaning without any harsh cleaners for those reasons and everything looks and smells fresh when your done. It can even be used to steam clothing. Just be mindful of the temperature settings you're using as it can result in a nasty burn if your not careful! The digital touch display is very nice and easy to read. It comes with a warranty that you register your product with. The directions for uses and settings are straightforward and easy. I added pictures and a video, however I plan to add another video of me using this steamer.
