Love this. Easy to assemble and very durable. Moves easily and maneuvers around corners easy. This replaced my plastic carry all that just had two wheels and a big handle. The plastic cracked in the handle broke. This wagon will grow old with me.

    • Everything is perfect except the assembly directions!
This is a perfect little garden wagon for senior gardeners (and younger, too). So convenient, so light, so maneuverable ... once you get it together. I had to deduct a star for two reasons. First, the instructions were impossible to read. They were entirely visual, not a single word, but they were TINY and SMUDGED. The other reason is the mediocre hardware and the want of two more washers than were supplied -- one junction of steel parts had holes almost big enough to draw the bolt/nut through; but it had only one washer (for the Nylock nut). Fortunately, the cart is "poka-yoked" so you can't assemble it incorrectly unless you're too busy squinting at the "directions" to notice you've left off the dump handle (almost invisible in the "directions"), which I did, of course, and had to undo a few steps to correct. So, if you have any mechanical sense at all, glance once at the "directions" and use your head. Great design, but worst instructions EVER, and DO improve the hardware, too. ... show more

Easy to follows instructions and followed, easy to put together. I used an adjustable wrench, a pair of pliers and a screwdriver and had it together fairly quickly, about an hour with coffee breaks. A socket wrench would help, but you'll still need a screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench or a pair of pliers. Good quality, stable and decent weight bearing for it's size. I had no missing parts.     • Smart Garden cart works great
I am vision impaired but strong and I still enjoy removing old mulch and replacing it with fresh new mulch. I had been using my daughter's old jogging stroller but that had a high center of gravity. I made an attempt at assembly, but vision impairment prevented that, but my wife figured out the directions. Note: The nuts were initially hard to get on making me think at first that the bolts were stripped or vice versa. That did not end up being the case and using a socket wrench the bolts tightened nicely. My tool set handled the bolt size fine except for the bolt for the handle at the end. That bolt was big, but I was able to get it to tighten with a crescent wrench and a needle nose. The wagon worked flawlessly for the reason I bought it. I placed three bags of mulch in the bin which essentially made me as strong as three men, grunt grunt. Additionally my 8 year old had tons of fun getting pulled around. The dumping mechanism works well too and I sometimes use that function. This is one purchase I was looking forward to writing a positive review. I use this to bring wood in from the deck due to abdominal surgery issues. It's a bit cumbersome putting it together but works perfectly. Turns on a dime to get through the kitchen maze and can handle a pretty heavy load. Don't have to worry about the wheels going flat and it has enough clearance to get through the snow this winter. This wagon is so versatile for yard work. It’s great for pouring dirt without having to lift the heavy bag, the tires are heavy duty and good for all terrain. It’s easy to move into place for all your gardening needs. I love it!

    • Good product but poly bin could be a little more sturdy
As noted, the assembly was direct and easy to follow. The frame is sturdy, easily maneuvered, and wheels spin with no trouble, but the bin is not as sturdy as I'd hoped. I'm leery that the screws holding the bin to the frame will eventually cause the poly material to split and have to be reinforced, but other than that I'm pleased with the product. ... show more
