I want to start by first saying this is not my first steam cleaner and honestly I'm disappointed it wasn't. Not only does this machine heat up water super fast, but it also cleans really well. Cleaning grout has always been such a chore and I hate having to scrub at it forever, but when I used this you could tell that from the steam and pressure alone it was cleaning the grout by itself. I have used this on my walls, my floors, car tires, and a chair. I know that it sounds kind of weird but I would call my friends and family members over to watch as we would clean something because it felt like a new invention. I like the design, it is not very heavy to move, it is super user friendly and honestly my only "complaint" is that you have to clean up the dirty water it leaves behind after you clean, but even at that, I would rather have to mop it up than it just sit there. I love the product and honestly, I'm more inclined to check out other machines from this brand.

Pros: I love all of the attachments this came with. Very easy to assemble. Took crayon off my wall so easily. Heats up quickly! I like that it's on wheels and can be moved easily. Cons: When I have the extension arms on, the water leaks slightly. The piece that connects to hose to machine is slightly crooked so twisting it on is frustrating. If you don't use all of the water, dumping the excess is cumbersome. The fact I don't have to over scrub anything to clean is worth the price, for me!

He loves it. Its a premium look and feel. And never have ever seen something clean as well as this steam cleaner. It was hot to the point that it was able to clean my front metal threshold. I have never been able to get it to look new. Ive tried evetthing from paint removers. Strippers. Sanders. Buffers. Pressure washer. Nothing worked. This beast melted the dirt away in under a minutes time. Honestly its the best cleaning device I have ever touched. I am so proud my mentor has it for his early gift. I am excited for him to use it on everything from mattresss, to windows, to floors, to his upholstery, to the grime in his bathtub and toiler area. This beast will definitely make his place look even more pristine and he has a maid already

This is even comparing it to the $1500 poltik bed bug exterminator steamer. I dont get paid at all currently for endorsing this steamer, but it is the one I recommend to every customer. 140 dollars to not only be a steamer, but things they advertise are real. It really is ready in 8-10 seconds. That 1500 dollar steamer we used before? 20 minute wait usually. You can refill it while in use. Normally you have to wait for the device to cooldown but this thing doesn't care. $1500 steamer has to cooldown to refill, which takes 20-30 minutes. It actually gets hot enough, that quickly, kill bed bugs and their eggs. I personally use one of the nozzle extension rods and the one where you attach one of the nylon brush heads, turns it into a blowtorch/mini lightsaber. Absolutely perfect for punching through carpet and walls, getting into crevices on baseboards and headboards, and all the detail of mattresses and couches. At the current moment this is the best steamer on the market I have tested and have had several bed bug clients buy it so they can take matters into their own hands.

I love the design of the cap I was skeptical of it working very well because it seemed to be chintzy made compared to ones that I've had before. But I've had it for 2 months now and I think it works wonderful big bonus that the water does heat within less than a minute

It was not effective at all it stopped working in me as soon as i moved it from its place once.. the floor vacuum is not flexible and it’s just a one piece that goes one direction. The material is not good. I wnd up returning it
