This is my third or fourth steam cleaner. They usually last a year even though I use distilled water, but I hope this one will last longer. So far, I’m happy with this one. It heats up fast, is very easy to fill, and does a nice job. There are also numerous attachments.

The system assembled quickly and effortlessly. I steamed cleaned my floors and furniture. I purchased it after my dog caught fleas after visiting the vets. I had not realized that it was a combination of fleas and dust mites that had invaded my home. I was using the steamer every day to no avail. I would plug it in and less than 30 seconds it would indicate that it was anywhere from 285 to 315 degrees. On the fourth day I put my hand over the steam because the only thing I felt was happening was everything was getting drenched but nothing was dying. I did not believe the temperatures were reaching the temperature the machine was indicating. The steam was warm to my hand. Not hot. I couldn't put my hands over the steam from my tea kettle when it reaches the boiling point of 212 fahrenheit. This machine sounded perfect and exactly what I needed. But in the end it wasn't doing anything for me. I had to spray chemicals on the furniture to get things under control. Not a good thing. I compare this steamer to the previous one I purchased on Amazon about 8 years ago. With one swipe of the steam it killed everything. Unfortunately I did realize that I had to clean it out to remove the mineral deposits and it got clogged.

Comes with everything I needed including all the different types of brushes(for grout and corners) and cleaning pads for the hardwood and vinyl floors. Idk i’m confused. I did a lot of research and picked the best steamer for my needs. I like that this one has a dry steam option, bur there’s nothing dry about it. It spits a whole stream of water when i push the trigger everytime, and then a really wet steam comes out. This was at the top of my budget and I was investing in my craft by buying it, so I had hoped it would be perfect or at least work like it claims to work. I like the light weight and attachments. The wheels and long hose/cord. But one of the most important features that made me choose it, doesn’t actually work as described. I hate returning big items like this, so i’ll probably just have to keep it. But I will say i’m really sad because I was so excited about this one! The reviews are great so i’m a little confused.
