This steam cleaner really really works well. It's lightweight and so very easy to use. Not to mention, all the extra attachments that comes with it. It heats up quickly (like 10 seconds) and produces a strong stream. It’s very lightweight and used it in my kitchen and my husband’s disgusting shower. I haven’t used it yet on my furniture but, no doubt, it will do a great job. No elbow grease needed with this little steam cleaner. Just add water, plug it in and after 10 seconds, it’s ready to work. What I love most is that I don’t have to wait for a cool down to add more water!     • Handy, useful item, attachments aren't great
The machine itself is great - hot, powerful, doesn't drip or leak, heats up quickly - I keep thinking of more ways to use it! Cons are: 1. the attachments are rubbish, the nylon bristles bent and stayed deformed right away, the extension wand comes unscrewed and wobbles so it's pretty useless, and 2) the cord is very short. I don't have any wall outlets in my bathroom where I've mostly been using it, only outlets above the counters, and the cord barely reaches to keep the machine on the floor; in 1 bathroom I have to put it on top of a box for the cord to reach. Thankfully the hose is nice and long. Overall I recommend, I didn't look at reviews of attachments for other machines so look for something better there, but it's great to be able to deep clean without chemicals. ... show more

    • Don't be fooled by the amount of water it holds.
I bought this particular steamer because it holds a lot more water than any of my past ones. However, as soon as the water level drips and inch, there is a loss of power. When the water gets to halfway point, the steamer basically quits, like it's empty. So, you still are only able to use a small amount of water, you gave to fill it up just as often. The 2nd half of the water is just to hold up the 1st half, I guess. The positive thing about this is that you don't have to wait for it to cool down completely to put more water in. It's lightweight and compact, but, you use the same amount of water as others, and it has the same decrease in power as the water goes down, as the 15 other streamers that I've owned the last 20 years.
