The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this steam cleaner to clean my oven, It powered through the baked-on grease much better than I expected without using any harsh chemicals. My old one is small kettle-shaped steamers, and honestly, there’s no comparison. Those would give you steam for just a few minutes before needing a wait. This one is so much better, have much longer steam time. I also love that the water tank is clear, so I can actually see how much water is left, something I really missed with my old steamer. I’ve been using distilled water to help prevent mineral build-up, and it’s been working great so far. The touch screen is modern, with a few brush head attachments, it heats up super quickly around 10 seconds. It's powerful enough for tough jobs like ovens, but I’m planning to use it in the bathroom and on windows next. One thing I’d suggest for improvement: it would be nice if the package included something to clean the water tank itself over time — maybe a descaling solution or brush, just to keep things maintained. Handle Mechanism Could Be Smoother: The handle is a bit hard to push into the middle position. Overall, though, this is a solid steam cleaner. Great performance with good design
