Staub cooking equipment is second to none in my opinion. Sadly, it was a bit of a disappointment to receive. It was either a 2nd or had been previously opened. Missing the ribbon on the handle, chipped pot, and the plastic pieces to protect were not there. Been using for a while now, and enjoy using it every single time. The quality of is top notch, it does not warp in the middle when heated (we have induction, and a lot of pats including cat iron warp under the extreme heat). The glass coating on the interior works as the non-stick which is better then regular enamel, and the ridges on the lid help to distribute condensation through out the pan. Very happy with this, and would definitely recommend the brand! ... show more
