If you're buying it for bacon, don't...at least not for inside the house. Omg it smoked so much I can't believe the smoke detectors didnt go off. I loved it for grilled seafood (shrimp/scallop) not as much for burgers (I kept losing the crust). Overall it's a nice looking pan and i am sure I will get better at cooking with it. In the future I will cook the bacon outside with an induction burner. ... show more
