This is a terrible machine.
This is a terrible piece of work out machinery. Do not buy it. You need to be using the elliptical for the screen to turn on and if you slow down too slow or stop, it shuts off and completely resets. So if you need to take a small break, it erases your progress and you need to reprogram your workout entirely. If you choose not to use the screen, there’s no way to increase the tension. The one in my apartment’s gym has a small cup holder in an awkward spot and since you can’t stop moving in order to keep the program on, it’s difficult to have a drink and keep the screen on. Like, who designed this? I’m pretty sure the person who designed this machine never used an elliptical before. 1 Star because I can’t give it zero. ... show more

Best bang for the buck
I tried this out at a store and love the overall quality. It is truely gym quality and is rated for light commercial use. It weighs around 275 pounds so it feels very sturdy when you're on it. The pedal motion is super smooth and the machine literally runs silent. It is self generating, so it fires up when you start pedaling. The only down side if you stop it resets the console. It comes with 3 different console options. The basic one is sort of hard to navigate so we opted for the next one up which is the 10 inch touch screen, and we love it.
