This is a great office chair. My husband bought a similar chair at an office supply store that was twice the price and this is essentially the same chair. I made fun of my husband for buying his chair because it was so expensive but honestly, it makes a world of difference if you have a job that requires you to sit at a desk and computer. *refunded payment, at least they made it right. Still a bad chair.* Extremely Disappointed – Not What I Expected from a Reputable Brand I was shocked to receive what was clearly a previously returned item, despite being charged full price for a new product. The chair arrived with visible dirt in the wheels, suggesting prior use. More concerning, the seat bottom appears to have been poorly manufactured — it sagged in the center from the very beginning and has continued to deteriorate with time. The lack of proper support has made the chair so uncomfortable that I’m now forced to use a pillow just to sit in it for any length of time. This level of quality and oversight is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand that markets itself as reliable and reputable.
