Very easy install because my husband installed it 🤭 anyway it’s very very heavy but easy to push by 2 people. Comes in a wooden box and on top of a wooden pallet so definitely need at least 2 people to handle. So far for me, the heart rate is accurate. I was really skeptical of buying a Stair mill off of Amazon. I did a lot of research& even looked at ordering through professional companies, but they were triple the price and so I settled on this one because of the reviews. I'll say I have to agree with other reviewers, I am very happy with this purchase, it's only been 2 weeks but I will update review if anything changes. The stepper is very sturdy & put together. It came in a wooden crate on top of a pallet. It came quicker than expected which I was very grateful for. It is heaving weighing about 400lbs, you need at least an 8 1/2 foot ceiling. I'm 4" 11' and have plenty of room while using it. My husband is 5"6' and has no issues either. It is rather large like a commercial stepper. I would say for the price of it and how well it is put together, It is definitely worth the money. It's very easy to use, there's a switch on the back of the stepper, flip it on and it's ready to go. The only two cons I have, 1. One of the arms paint was chipped due to the foam that was covering it being ripped and 2. The heart rate monitor is not accurate, which if I'm being honest, I feel like none are, not even the ones at the gym so that's not a big deal to me. ... show more

I have wanted a stair climber for a very long time so I was happy to see a commercial grade one that I could justify spending the money. I love it and get a pretty decent cardio workout. Plus: I ordered it on a Friday and it was here on Tuesday. It came in a large, secure crate (hard to open) but the machine itself was pretty easy to put together. Minus: The heart rate monitor does not go past a certain number, I think the highest it has gone is 87, before it goes right back to saying "HR" but my fitbit says heart rate is 155 so I guess I don't need that to work. I also have done 30 minutes, level 5, dripping sweat, and it says I only burned 80 calories. I sure hope it was more than that (see photo) because I can burn that much doing nothing. Fortunately I'm not a calorie counter. A couple minor things I noticed different from the gym, there is no built in fan, it does not count "floors", and (doesn't matter to me, but may to others) there is no "emergency" cord to pull to make it stop, but it does have a pause button on the top of the right handle.
