The media could not be loaded. Love it and I purchased a trash can separately so now I save time and it feels fun to clean poops as I don’t struggle with clumps getting stuck to the plastic edges of old litter boxes. Stainless steel is the way to go! My cat literally jumped in with no hesitation so it def works! Large but lightweight, clean so no smell!, leakage? Geeze, I love this litterbox! As a person that cleans up the mess everyday, the stainless steel box is a dream! Nothing sticks to it so it does not smell and super easy to clean! People don’t know that have a cat by the smell (cause there is none); they only know by the stray little mice toys all over. I use soap and high pressure water to clean and BOOM, good as new. I don’t even touch the little residue that’s left after all litter is removed. I let it air dry, unless my cat has the zoomies (that’s his indication that he has to use the bathroom. It’s cute.)… when I do have to dry it off, I just use a paper towel. My cat is elderly and I didn’t think him getting a new box was possible. He’s fussy. Plastic boxes are so in the past and my boy is eliminating in style now! You will NOT regret it. It comes with a metal scooper (which also doesn’t cake up and stink) and a mat that collects stray litter (which gets put back in the box and doesn’t get tracked everywhere). This stainless steel litter box and scoop is one of the best cat purchases we've made. The stainless steel box prevents matter from sticking and contributing to smells while the heavy plastic top makes for a high sided box that prevents too much kick out of litter. The scoop is well made with nicely spaced tines that prevent used litter from sticking to them while cleaning the box, so much better than plastic sccoops. ... show more

I have two cats and only a place for one box. This one is big and roomy enough and holds a lot of litter so both cats will use it. I scoop it out every other day. The scoop is super sturdy and very convenient to attach to the side. The box doesn’t hold odors because of the steel. I do empty and clean it every two months. The sides do a good job of keeping litter contained, although some litter does get out. Having it open on the top makes it easy to scoop out.
