They look beautiful and are built to last years. They are wonderful for cooking steaks and other heavy meals as the temp is very evenly balanced and efficient. I have found that cooking requires about 30% less the temp than I would normally cook due to the excellent heat transfer and distribution. I have rated them a four because when cooking the more gentle meals such as Fried Eggs, they require some technique. They cannot be too hot or too cool (Characteristics of any Stainless Pans), either will cause the eggs to stick regardless if you use oil or butter. However, get the temp correct, and the eggs almost hover on the pan. Most seasoned chefs or those with experience with stainless will know how to adjust the temp properly. Lastly, I was amazed of the customer support you received, they are happy to assist and answer any questions you have. They firmly stand behind there product. ONE METHOD THAT HELPS FOR EGGS IF INTERESTED : I have found that using a lower temp from the beginning works much better than using high heat to temp and adjusting down . I have been cooking eggs (over easy) using this method (works great). I use a very thin layer of sprayed on olive oil, set the stove to medium, and begin cooking the eggs about 5 minutes later. The eggs hover and are easily flipped. Keep in mind the heat transfer is excellent on these, so they do not require the higher heat unless you are searing meat. ... show more

    • I hate these pans
These pans are beautiful and all but I seriously dislike them. Maybe I just don’t know how to use them properly, I’m not a professional chef. Everything sticks to them, once again I’m sure there’s a proper way of using them but I’m lazy and I don’t have time for all of that. I have a family and getting breakfast, lunches and dinners ready quickly is what I do. These pans slow me down. They are hard to clean and a lot of the time I need to leave them soaking overnight in order to clean them which leaves me without a pan for the rest of the day. ... show more

    • They are nice and heavy.
So I used the big pan to cook burgers in 2 times and you can see exactly where I cooked the burgers in the pan. I have washed it several times with my Mr daddy sponge and it is clean but the circles are still there.
