When this arrived I was disappointed. I have never had to assemble a pan in my life so that was a new one for me. I was skeptical of the quality and thought it was overpriced. But it’s perfect! I’m a novice crepe maker and decided to invest in a good quality 10” pan. This made perfect crepes that lifted easily so the nonstick is awesome. It cooks evenly and quickly. I was cranking out each crepe in about 1-2 minutes. The pan is dishwasher safe. And I love the honeycomb design. Worth every penny.

The pan itself is well build and My daughter wanted to try making crepes so I ordered this pan. She’ made crepes over the last week I gotta say this pan is amazing. Never an issue with sticking and still looks like it did on day one! Wel made pan with good weight to it and a nice handle.
