Easiest shower-head I have ever installed. Took maybe 5 minutes max. The presentation opening the box is even professional, and the how to QR code was simply to follow. The pliers it comes with are actually really great quality, though I didn’t need them. Certain model colors require and come with plumber’s tape, but since I purchased the blue mine didn’t. The water pressure is great, and the pause button comes in handy when giving my dog a bath. Highly recommend this product to elevate and improve your space. ... show more

this is a pretty great showerhead! i found that it leaked a bit when i installed it but i put some plumber’s tape over the socket it screwed into and was able to completely solve that problem. easy install! follow the directions and you’re golden. i’ve been using it about 5 months now with few if any problems, but i did take a star off because i think, due to the length of the hose, the water that comes out of the showerhead isn’t as hot as it could be. nitpicky, i know, but i like to feel like a steamed crab getting out of the shower and this has hindered that a bit. this is a lovely & super cute addition to my hello kitty bathroom though :-) ... show more
