So, I intentionally waited a while after using the base...to do this review. I received all the parts in good working condition, on time. The actual box that the item came in was a little damaged but that wasn't anything to blink at. Next, this literally took 5 minutes to put together......BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT the drawback to that, this mofo is heavyyy!!! Lol. I have the king size base and honey, it requires at minimum two heavy weight lifters to turn it over. Do not I repeat do not try to move this by yourself unless you got the strength of a tug boat. I broke a nail attempting to turn it over :( It works perfect! Lifts up & lowers at a nice slow pace. It vibrates good however, the only con with the vibrate feature would be, depending on the thickness of your mattress, you may not feel the intensity of the vibration as much. My mattress is 14 inches thick and the vibration is there. It's not super intense though. The base comes up pretty high but not "fold you up like a taco" high. Now, if i had to give an overall con for this base, it would simply be that the USB port is not on both sides of the bed. It's only on the facing-it left side(in my picture...it's on the side with the night stand). I am sooo glad I purchased this base. Great price for the product. ... show more

Positives: simple and straight forward remote, as compared with other models I saw. Easy to set memory settings, default zero-g is a favorite. Massage functions are throwback to the motel stays of the 70's (was seriously doubting that feature's use), and very relaxing. Wife's medical issues require a lot of bed-rest, she is already loving it. This is a game changer for her! Negatives: it is heavy, so questioning why I did not go with the white glove install option! Initial order was mis-ship, but easy scheduled a pickup. Note: verify size/model before opening the box, and trying to install (King does not fit in Cal-King bedframe!). Had to re-order slightly different model, due to supply chain, but super happy with it now that we have it installed. ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase! We bought a much more expensive sleep number adjustable base a year ago and it never worked. It would work for 3 days and then have a connectivity error that I would have to reset the whole thing or call in about. I had people out countless times trying to fix it. They finally let me return it after a year and we saw the great reviews and much more affordable price for this one and decided to try it. It has worked every single day consistently and we are so happy. The only thing I wish it had is a partner snore button that I could hit on MY remote when my husband snores to adjust HIS bed. I also kind of wish there was a button on the bed to return to flat as the remote is hard to reach on my night stand when the head is raised. But I have just kept it with me in bed when it's raised. We don't keep electronics in our room at night so the USB on it isn't used but might be nice for some. It's also adjustable in height which is nice. We have it on the highest setting but I can see the lower setting being nice for elderly. The massage is weird in my opinion but my husband likes it. It is really more of a vibration than a massage and it's very loud. ... show more

This was such an easy setup. Open the big box, lay the base down and put on the legs, attach the power cord, flip it over and put the mattress bar on and plug it in. You wait 30 seconds and the remote and base work. Remote and base already paired before it gets to you. Step by step instructions included. Construction is solid and well built. Mattress is more on the firm side, too hard for me, had to purchase a topper. Setup was fast and easy. The frame is heavy and sturdy. The pocket and usb slot is in an inconvenient spot.

This bed is great for the price. Very comfortable. But Buyers should be aware that there was no set up in room as indicated by the details, maybe it depends on where you live. There is no way to add this at check out. Haul away was later, not the same day. Update: after sleeping on this for awhile now, I have to say the mattress is not all that comfortable. I had to purchase a topper and I’m still not happy with it. Will most likely purchase new mattresses and that takes away from the savings of buying online. Update Jan 2025: I contacted Amazon and asked if theyu would exchange the mattress? they ended up refunding the whole thing, without returning the bed. Now that’s customer service! I will be ordering a new mattress. Easy set up basically put the legs on, plug it in and set the remotes. Mattresses fill out very fast. Glad it was 12 inch. And has adjustable leg height. Fast shipping, I contacted the delivery service to see if I could get an earlier date if they received the item, and they delivered early. The bed is supper easy to assemble, and functions flawlessly. I like the remote control with lighted buttons, and the bed has the right amount of features. It feels solid when adjusting, and quiet. The only thing is that it is heavy of course, with high quality mechanism comes the weight, be prepared with someone to help you, and with some wheeled moving trucks, I found some small ones that worked great. ... show more
