    • New bed frame broke.
One of the bed mechanisms is broke the second time we used it. The raise and lower of the head section collapsed. need repair or new bed base. please advise.

This bed is perfect! I was very nervous to purchase sight unseen, but it is worth every penny!! Do not hesitate to buy it. The mattress is medium firm as it states. I had a foam topper on my old mattress and its not a huge adjustment to this mattress. I have the split king. Im not achy or sore. My husband is just as satisfied with this purchase. Go ahead and add 2 sets of split king sheets. I got from Amazon as well and love them. ... show more
