The pad is relatively compact and easy to use. It can be easily stowed in a closet or under a bed. It isn’t silent but it is not terribly loud. It works well overall. It is important to take breaks so it doesn’t overheat, and be sure to use it on a solid surface.

Great little treadmill I can easily slide out from behind my desk. It is moderately noisy but not loud enough to be picked up on headsets during meetings. Sleeping babies are not disturbed by its noise level. I have been able to sneak in 10 minute walks after lunch and use it to walk at an easy pace during meetings and while reading documents. I've actually shed 15 pounds since using it. It's been a little lifesaver for me and definitely worth every penny. Some cons: It only goes up to speed 3 so you can't get a serious workout in, but it provides a brisk walking speed. Much better alternative than sitting all day. And the power cable is pretty short so you need to position it closer to an outlet than you would think. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints! ... show more

I’ve been using this walking pad regularly and it’s been excellent so far. It’s compact, sturdy, and very easy to use right out of the box. The motor is quiet enough that I can walk while watching TV or taking calls without any distraction, which was a big plus for me. Walking feels smooth and stable, and the speed adjustments are gradual and comfortable. It fits perfectly under my desk and is also great for light walking while watching shows in the evening. Compact, light weight and does what it says. Be aware the recommendation is for use on a hard surface - not carpet. I put a plastic riser under each corner to use on carpet and the unit is very stable. Also says it is recommended for ages 8-60, but I have good balance and don't have any issues using it being just outside of that age range. You could place a chair nearby if you wanted a little extra security. Because the cord isn't very long, a household extension cord (not a three-prong) might be needed to place it where you want it to be used. Haven't tried the app yet. ... show more
