Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad with APP, 3 in 1 Under Desk Treadmill, 400W I feel like this is a challenge using this thing, because I have a back condition that makes balancing challenging for me. I also slipped back the first time I used it. To adjust to not having sides on it, I got a walker that people use when they're older. It gives me stability if it's over my walking path on my machine. I need to feel like I have a treadmill with handles. Sometimes people are willing to donate these, and you can get one. I am 5'8 and can make this work for me, and I wouldn't want anything shorter because it gives me a good stride when I walk. You need to consider leg length and height when buying this product to get the right size. The longer one cost a little more, but I think it's worth it in the end. I believe there were two sizes when I bought. I bought the bigger the two and I'm happy I did. I like this one because it's easy to store. If it had handles, you'd need much space to store one like that. As a result, this one can slide under my couch, under my bed, and sometimes I just let it stand on the side of my TV between a chair and the TV. If your balance isn't too good, you need to adjust with either the walker or chairs on each side. I added a picture so you could see how to add the chair or the walker. If you get a folded up walker from somebody, then you can hide that easily too. Another thing I like about it is that you don't need to go to the gym or go outside when it's dark to walk. Basically just put down the walking pad and if you need extra support, put a chair by your side or or a walker to hold onto. I feel like I'm building up strength by using this and that that is another nice thing. Is it gives one time, calories, and distance that you're using your walking pad. I like to know how far I'm going so I can beat my last record. It also comes remote control so you can control the speed on it without getting off of the device. The final thing I like about it is, I can watch TV as I'm walking and I don't feel like I'm walking. I'm just enjoying my TV show and getting exercise at the same time. Overall, even despite the one downside with no handles, I highly recommend this pad! There is nothing better than being able to exercise in your own home. The treadmill is a good exercise and enjoying this walking pad takes a place of a large treadmill. This pad is super affordable, transportable, and the hight makes it useable for so many more people compared to many other pads. I think almost anybody can afford this compared to some of those expensive treadmills.

This treadmill is a great way for my wife and I to stay in shape in our house. We both have used it as exercise after eating while scrolling on our phone rather than just sitting on the couch. It's compact enough that we can have it be in our living room without taking up too much space. It also came fully assembled, making the set-up process as easy as it can be. So far, the walking pad is very smooth and not a junky experience at all. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to exercise at your house.

Incredibly cool product, I originally had bought this for my wife she has a standing desk and I thought this would be incredibly helpful for her because of her complaints of not being able to get enough exercise at her desk job. Unfortunately she was unable to use the treadmill with her standing desk because of a lack of coordination. She was unable to walk comfortably and do her job at the same time. Not saying that everybody's the same as her so I'm sure you're use will vary. I took this product back home with me, and I store it underneath my bed. Which is super convenient so I can just pull it out when I want to use it and put it away when I'm done using it and it's not like a big full treadmill which is always in my way. The only thing I would recommend is put it into a place where you maybe have a handle of some kind or a bed rail or something that you can lean up against to help balance yourself because not having the balance point can sometimes be tricky. I simply put mine close to my closet door so I can reach out and grab the closet handle if I need to keep my own balance. I'm a big guy at 260 lb and I have no problem using this!

The media could not be loaded. I want to first start of by saying that that this is probably the 1st (maybe 2nd) review I have ever written (despite being an amazon prime member for many many years), so for me to come write a review with my issues should speak volumes. I purchased this item on 3/7/24, and as of writing this I just had to quickly run my treadmill outside as it was smoking extremely bad This morning, I got on my treadmill as I always do while working at a speed of 2.8mph and started to notice the belt had some hesitation with it. I got off, checked to make sure there was lubrication (swiped my finger under the belt and confirmed it was fine). I let it sit for about 45 minutes to cool down with a large fan on it. After the cool down period I got on, and tried again only to notice that feet were getting physically warm. I got off again and noticed that when putting my hand on the bottom of my shoe it was almost hot to the touch. Again, I let the machine cool down for another 45 minutes before trying again. After the cool down AGAIN, I got back on and within 10 minutes the treadmill came to a sudden stop and smoke started pouring out of the treadmill. thankfully I was able to unplug it and run it out into my driveway. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this machine despite taking such good care of it. I would HIGHLY recommend that you take my review into consideration before purchasing this product and spent a little extra for another higher quality machine. Additional Information: As a 6'4, 220lb man I specifically got this one because of the higher weight limit. I took care of it, always made sure it was lubricated, and even ran a large fan on it while using it to make sure it would never get too hot. I used it daily for roughly 2hrs at a time
