Just put it together last night and working great so far! Took about 45 min for assembly. Had to take the side panels off and hire 2 movers to get it into the basement. They charged $200 and got it done easily. Great addition to our home gym.

I have had mine for a week now. It actually came in earlier than Amazon said it would. Works great and perfect for my home gym. I'm 6,4 and when I stand on the top step my head doesn't even touch 9 feet. So I would say if you have a 8'6-9 foot ceiling you will be fine and if your short than me. Now the only bad thing was the instructions. Reading the instructions it says it takes 220volts but the plug is a simple 3 phase. I plugged it in my normal 110/120 ac outlet and it's works fine and never tripping my 20A breaker. Also the instructions are terrible about how to assemble it. The base and stairs come already assembled but you just have to add the arms and monitor. It's not rocket science but the instructions are not clear which bolt goes where. Still a great purchase. Also note you will need about 3 men and a flat dolly to move this 500lb machine to your desired location.

So far so good. This thing is a tank, but we love it! I loved that they kept me informed on delivery every step of the way, it was easy to assemble, sturdy, and well made. It's able to contend with any other commercial stair climbers in its class, and I am glad we made the decision to purchase.

Decent stair stepper. Price is a 4.5. Console is a 3, the sticker on mine was already peeling but I was able to stick it back on. Stepper quality as a whole is a 3.9, set up is pretty easy but that back cover was annoying to put back on. The included watch is useless. I thought it synced to the machine, it doesn’t. Overall, the entire machine, shipping process and final product was a 3, just good.

Product was delivered in working order. I would make sure that if you purchase this make sure to answer the initial email sent from the seller immediately upon purchase. Be sure to be very detailed with your delivery instructions. I would also call Amazon customer service to follow up and relay your delivery instructions through Amazon as well too if possible. The quality is what you would expect for a stair stepper 1/3rd of the price of gym quality. It works well but is not built as sturdy as the mainstream brands. The steps and gears seam to be sturdy enough for regular and steady stepping workouts. The controls function well and the safety sensor stops the steps as it should. I have been using this regularly for a week now. I hope it lasts.

The stair climber was delivered in a large wooden crate, and we stored it in a covered garage for six months while our home gym was being built. When we were finally ready to move it, we immediately realized how extremely heavy it was-it took my husband (a former NFL football player), my adult son, and myself just to move it safely into the gym. After uncrating the machine and following the setup instructions exactly as provided, the stairs would not move at all. They appear to be completely locked in place, and the machine has never functioned. We reached out to Amazon and the seller multiple times providing several videos showing the issue and asking for specific questions. Unfortunately, we have received no meaningful help. *There is no phone number to speak directly with a technician. *All communication is limited to email/Amazon messages. *We cannot get any information about the warranty. *We cannot get confirmation on whether they will cover the cost of a technician to diagnose or repair the machine. *The company sent a “support” video in Mandarin, even though all communication from us has been in English. *We repeatedly receive generic responses claiming they “stand behind their equipment/products” yet none of our actual questions are answered and we still have a non-working machine For such a large, expensive, and physically difficult piece of equipment to move, the lack of support has been incredibly frustrating . At this point, we have a stair climber that has NEVER worked, and we cannot get the seller to provide real assistance. I cannot recommend this product or the company’s customer service.
