This chair came quicker than expected! Packaging was great. Easy to follow instructions on how to assemble. I have lower back pain and this chair is great! The zero gravity function is amazing. This massage chair was purchased for my mother-in-law, and she has been absolutely thrilled with it. She finds it very comfortable and relaxing, and it’s quickly become one of her favorite ways to unwind. The massage features are effective and easy to use, and overall the chair feels well designed and sturdy. My only concern was with the delivery. The box arrived severely ripped, which was disappointing and worrying, as I was concerned the chair might be damaged inside. Thankfully, the chair itself was intact and working properly, but the packaging condition definitely took away from the initial experience. Overall, it’s a great massage chair that delivers on comfort and performance. With better care taken during shipping, this would easily be a 5-star purchase. ... show more

This chair was very easy to install and put together. The size is a bit smaller than other chairs but sits comfortably, easy to move, the massage for the back is pretty good and zero gravity works great. I’m about 5,7” and 240 lbs and I fit a little snuggle on the chair when the air bags compress it’s a bit tight but works OK. Overall the chair is very reasonable for the price. For the most part the message you get feels great. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the back portion of the massage. It is very intense and hurts. I put a very thin bed pillow in the back portion of the chair and it feels much better. You can still feel the rollers and I made use of those horribly cheap pillows that you buy that aren’t worth the effort of picking one up off the department store shelf so it was a win. The box it arrived in was wet and deteriorating but that’s not the companies fault, that was in shipping. I was worried the chair would be damaged but it was packed well inside so it was protected from the dirty wet box it was shipped in. ... show more
