Living in a rural area that does not have decent internet options this is the fastest internet I have tried. Have had wild blue, via sat, Hughes net and recently had att fixed wireless and this one I can run my small business computers, 3 tvs and kids electronics and no issues. Set up is easy as long as you have a clear spot without trees to put it, the dish points itself assisted with internal motors. The price is a little steep but when your options is limited and and you have a demand for it, it’s worth every penny! Was paying $70 for att and couldn’t connect 2 devices at same time with out buffering to paying $120 and able to run it all and no issues. ... show more

There is nothing I don’t like, came fast, very easy to install- no expert needed- instructions were easy to read and follow, signal and performance is great, if anything bad is that when we have a storm you may loose signal for a few minutes but that is the same with any other satellite system. So that is why I gave it a five star review, value for your money sure up front cost may seem high but you have unlimited data and as many devices you can fit we have eight and can’t tell so there is no dialing down as I call it ... show more

With a little netflix viewing we would have a bill of more than $500. The speed was good, but if I were to use it like I had a cable internet I would be paying way to much.

Seller delivered product perfectly and timely. I live in a rural coastal pacific city with gale force winds. When the local cable networks go down I can depend on Starlink to stay up and running. Came referred to me by many first responders in the area who already use Starlink and rely upon internet. So far so good. And super easy to install. Just make sure you have the correct brackets for installation on your roof (Home Depot carries hole sizes needed). As well as preordering an Ethernet adapter PRIOR to installation or you’ll find yourself climbing back up that ladder. Service on demand is a bonus if you’re using it for two weeks, two months at a time or full time. Speed is another matter altogether- go crazy surfing!!! Highly recommend. ... show more

This arrived dusty. Maybe it was a return. For $600 I expected a new, unused product. Otherwise, it works great and better than the satellite internet we had before it.

I have read many reviews on this... Here is my thought with photos 1. Installation- Simple use your old satellite wire as a guide and pull through the house, use the same mount that is already on your house just wasting space. 2. Price fair- Think of it this way 2-4 tv equal this unit or 6 video games. 3. Speed- going from using my cell phone hot spot in the country to this is a life style change being able to use the smart tv features that are already there. 4. Reliability- no outages to report even in bad weather. 5. Can not rate Tech support have not had to use that service yet. ... show more

    • Nice to have decent internet for a change.
Set up was breeze. Registration was awkward and a slow process. But after all the hoops and jumps, it runs fast and keeps up with almost anything we can throw at it. Average down so far is 120mbps up in the 30s-40s. Very pleased overall. If in doubt watch a tutorial for setup, it is complicated.
