I ordered this for my “she shed”. It was easy to program as well as install. I normally use the deadbolts with codes - but my she shed door did not have a deadbolt hole - so I chose this little gem! It works PERFECT! If you need access with no finger print - gently lift the “cap” and turn to expose the key hole. Perfect addition to my security, great value for the money- highly Recommend

Got the first one, and it arrived broken. The wires to the battery pack were cut or pulled loose. I now assume that they sent me a broken return, as I can completely understand how a person would pull the battery pack loose, as the wires are EXTREMELY short. Sent it back, got the new one, installed it, and other than a few nitpicky issues, I really like it. Well, LIKED it. After working well for the last 4 months, it suddenly stopped working. I used an external battery to test it, and it worked, so I assumed that is a dead battery issue. However, I put brand new batteries in it, being careful not to damage the cord, and it STILL doesn't work ..... unless I use an external battery. So I paid for a 4 month experience, and I'm past my return window. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The door knob was easy to put together and saved the fingerprints well and seems to scan them well. Other reviews reported that it stopped working quickly, but I haven't had it long enough to confirm if that is the same with mine. Doorknob looks nice and seems to function as it's supposed to. Hopefully it lasts a long time!

I bought this to secure my home office door. It is much larger than I expected, which looks awkward but not a deal breaker for me. Installation was simple if you've ever replace a door knob before. The lock itself works well and the sensor reads your fingerprint quickly. The main issues I have with this is that the quality of this unit is on the cheap side. The knob wobbles and the general feel is just cheap. And the battery dies quicker than I would expect. For the price, I would expect a higher quality product with a longer battery life.

The batteries do not last! The door knob drains the battery. I have to change the battery and I only installed it 3 weeks ago. THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW OF THIS DOOR KNOB!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! THE WARRANTY IS NOT REAL! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DOORKNOB OR IT STOPS WORKING, THE SELLER DOES NOT GRANT USAGE OF THE FAKE WARRANTY! YOU CAN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE SELLER WILL REROUTE YOU BACK TO AMAZON AND THEN AMAZON PASSES YOU BACK TO THE SELLER AND YOU START THE PROCESS OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED. IT TOOK 3 ATTEMPTS FOR ME TO FIND OUT. ANYWAY, THATS MONEY AND TIME LOST FOR ME...I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND TO PASS THIS ITEM AND TRY A MORE REPUTABLE SELLER! or better yet...go to the home depot or ace hardware or lowes!!!

During the holiday season, my house becomes a hub for various gatherings and events. To ensure the privacy and security of each room, I opted to install this innovative lock system throughout my house. Previously, I would have to lock each room with a regular key, which often turned into a nightmare. My husband would constantly have to hunt me down for the key whenever he needed access to his office. However, with this new lock, he no longer has to engage in a frustrating game of hide and seek with me.

It works well and I have had no problems. This is the second one I have bought. The quality is a bit meh however and the door knob is much bulkier than even your big old ornate knobs. The knob tends to wobble no matter how tightly you turn the screws. Every now and then you need to reprogram your finger again as it seems to forgot you. All in all it is functional and I feel like I got my money's worth.

Love the feature, quality and the convenience of the product but it’s not dependable. I ordered 2 initially, but the first one didn’t last a month before I had to replace it. It went on and on with 4 replacements. Now the 4th broke and I’m glad I had a backup but now I can’t return the broken knob.
