Initial Impression: Packaging was great. Well protected. Super easy to open pull the white plugs and the top of the box just slides off great job Aesthetics: I’m super picky about bezels. I can’t STAND a thick bezel. You could show me a great picture with a thick bezel and I would hate the TV. I’m happy to see they’ve decreased the bezel size in this years models its truly a piece of art. I wasn’t overly excited when I saw the pictures of the stand legs, but they turned out to be better than I thought. I would still prefer them to be on the outer edge of the TV, but I understand why Sony decided to go with the placement since finding a TV stand to accommodate for legs any further spread out, especially with the TV size would be a lot more difficult. The legs are a sturdy build with a nice finish in case you do not mount makes me think twice about mounting. Set-up/Software: Seamless. I fell in love with my prior Sony model and I’m glad to see they’ve kept the key features and added on some. The android interface is a very intuitive All in all it was super-fast, super easy. Screens were fluid and easy to understand. As a photographer I tend to get frustrated easy when things aren’t natural, but the TV has a good UI/UX design. It has all the apps I need/use (and then some). I love having Netflix and Prime as an app. Definitely a plus since I listen to music on my TV through my surround sound often and used to resort to using a ChromeCast to do so now I just use google music built into TV. The google assistant is super easy and awesome love telling my TV to watch my favorite programs or listen to my favorite music when remote isn't handy. Picture: What everyone wants to know! It’s great! For the model/price point, I don’t think you can beat the picture. Compared to the similar brands like Samsung, this is definitely a lot sharper NO competition but I expect nothing less from Sony. The blacks are darker and the whites brighter. The presets for different picture modes are incredible and you can switch easily depending on what you watch. I find myself sticking to “Standard” mode the most. There is little to no glare on the screen, and I have the TV placed right next to a wall of windows with the blinds open 90% of the time. I think the “Standard” TV mode helps in this regard as well. The game mode is awesome I already see a huge difference in latency compared to my older TV. COD has never played so well. The TV is incredibly bright I was really surprised but it also looked clear and crisp. The HDR on Netflix was amazing everything looked incredibly lifelike it out shines all higher end TV's i've purchased in the past I guess technology just gets better and better. Other: I love the remote. I know the TV is still in the entry/mid level category, but the remote is sleeker and “smart.” Love the netflix button top notch Sony. There’s plenty of inputs and connectivity through android gives me everything I need. Can't be any happier with my purchase.

Have had it not even two weeks, we’ve had to restart it multiple times because we keep losing the sound and/or channels. 1st picture is same channel on the new Sony Bravia as the 2nd picture from my 15 year old Sony Bravia at the same exact time. We ordered a Sony to replace our 10 year 55 inch Panasonic. I wish we had stuck to Panasonic, no comparison in picture quality, sound, dependability. If it weren’t for the fact we are quarantined because of COVID19, we would send this piece of junk back. We have thrown away the box it came in because we never expected the low quality from Sony. Like I said we have a 15 year old 32 inch Sony that works better than this piece of junk. Update:😥 2nd time in two days our Sony Bravia loses all sound when we switch channels. I am so frustrated. We still have hit/miss on which channels are fuzzy. Because of COVID19 & our high risk, we cannot return it; I threw away the box and there is no way we would allow UPS or FedEx near us. When they delivered, they left on the porch. It was supposed to be my husbands Fathers Day present.

I was looking for a great TV for my guestroom since my mother in law will be moving in with us. Because she loves to watch a lot of TV I wanted to make sure we got her one she would love. Since stores are not open I decided to buy a Sony TV in our price range since we had luck with them last year. I must admit that this TV has exceeded my expectations. The picture is crisp and sharp from every angle, the design is very sturdy and I know it's crazy but the new design remote is awesome! Our family doesn't use cable service so the number of apps available for the TV is perfect. I think we already used Hulu, Netflix, Prime and YouTube TV and all of the streaming quality is very impressive. Definitely recommend this TV as I can't image a better 4K option.

I saw a good deal on this TV and decided to purchase it to surprise my wife since she had been hinting that we needed a 2nd TV. Setup was rather easy. The stand comes in 4 pieces. You have to put this metal L shape neck on one of the legs and then insert 2 screws to tighten it and do the same with the other leg. After that, you just insert the legs to the bottom of the TV then insert the rest of the screws. Just beware that the legs are aprox. 32 inches apart. Once you turn on the TV, the menu setup was easy to follow. I recommend that you use a gmail account to speed up the process or create a new gmail account for the TV. Now when I got the TV to connect to my wifi, it asked for a software update so the setup took a little bit longer. The remote itself was a little bit too long, but it did have a nice grip to it and it's pretty light weight. Once everything was ready to go, the home screen was easily recognizable. Picture of Netflix was a little dim, but I was able to fix that by switching to a different picture mode. I was pleasantly surprised there were some sound adjustments on the TV, so I can hear voice dialog pretty clearly. I found 2 helpful things from this TV. One is if I press the Netflix button on the remote when the TV is off, it will turn on and connect to Netflix automatically. And the other is while I am watching something on TV, when I press the apps button on the remote, it will bring up all my apps while the show is still going on. It's a great TV for the price and my wife loves it!

Came across the X750H model from Sony. Great picture, bright, beautiful color, clear, and no ghosting when watching re-run sports on sports channel. Glad I made the right decision the first time.
