We have owned the Soniclean Whisper Jet C-2 Vacuum for a few months. It is a great vacuum cleaner for many reasons. We live in a relatively small house so the vacuum's mobility is very important. The Whisper Jet is very mobile and makes maneuvering around furniture and tight corners a snap. The Whisper Jet has strong suction because of its engine design. There are two ways to control the suction power. There is a suction control slider (bleeder) located on the handle which is very convenient. There is also a suction control knob on the vacuum cleaner itself that allows a greater range of suction control from very strong to mild. The Whisper Jet has a wonderful filtration system. There are three separate devices to keep you home safe: a filter dust bag, a motor protection filter, and an exhaust filter. This vacuum keeps the air inside your home very, very clean. The Whisper Jet very, very quiet when running. You do not have to shout to be heard or to hear someone speaking over the sound of this vacuum's engine. The wand connecting the hose to the floor nozzle is a telescopic tube that allows you to reach even very high ceilings and items that need vacuuming. The Whisper Jet even has two separate clips on the body of the vacuum that allow the user to store the floor nozzle on the vacuum for added convenience when taking a break. They have thought of everything. We have two last thoughts. First, the accessory kit is well worth the price. It includes devices that most homeowners would find very useful. Second, Soniclean customer service has been amazingly responsive. We have found that they reply very quickly and provide specific answers to your questions.

We’ve had our Soniclean Whisperjet vacuum since May 2023 and I thought it was high time we write a review. We LOVE this vacuum. It replaces two vacuums ( an upright for floors, and a portable canister that you sling over your shoulder for all other jobs) and we haven’t missed either of them for one minute. The standard hose and main head along with the accessories gives the Whisperjet the versatility to clean every floor, wall, ceiling, ceiling fan, bookcase, plantation shutter, etc, etc, in the house. I am 6’2” tall and the extendable wand is long enough to give me the reach I need without stooping or hunching. The adjustable speed dial and the slide adjust on the handle allows us to clean all surfaces ( our floor coverings consist of vinyl plank, wood plank, porcelain tile and carpeting along with a few throw rugs) by easily changing speed and accessory. It cleans better than any vacuum either of us has ever used, but even on the highest setting it ..is..quiet! Using other vacuums made it impossible to carry on a conversation, or watch television even in an adjacent room. Not anymore. We are amazed at how powerful it is while never becoming the center of attention while in use. The Soniclean Whisperjet is lightweight, has great castors that allow it to follow you around the room like your pet, has a push-button roll-up feature for the power cord and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye to the point that we leave it out ( back in a corner of the vestibule) ready to be grabbed for a quick clean-up job. One picky item: the wand fits into one of two brackets when not in use. One with the canister sitting in a normal, horizontal position, and another with the canister sitting up vertically. A good idea because the hose is long, with a large diameter, and could get in the way without this feature. The problem is that the hose and wand, being so sturdy, put a good deal of leveraged pressure on the brackets. The one that holds the wand when the canister is horizontal has given way. Not a big deal, I prefer to store it vertically, but I can’t see anyway to repair or replace the broken one. That being said, after two+ years of constant use ( we live in Arizona. Dust and dirt are a constant) we wouldn’t trade it for any other vacuum and gladly give it a five star recommendation. Tom and Charlotte

I had a Melia 20 years old and loved it, same type. This vacuum has as much power and I love that its quite. Having construction done and I have used it alot past week. It gets up everything and has the suction you need. The attachments it comes with are all you really need. If I were going to improve on anything it would only be to make where you hold it a little thinner,but its not uncomfortable at all. It moves easy and has a long cord. The bags do not release dust and I would know at this point. I am glad I purchased it and am super happy with it also considering the price bring very reasonable. Canister vacuums are so much easier then other types of heavy bulky vacuums and do a great job.

So far, great vacuum! I've always had Sebo (Miele once) but the powerhead suddenly stopped working so I was looking for. a high-quality option. I have wool berber that Sebo didn't perform well on, I think the top layer of carpet is gone. I tried several of their brush heads and nothing worked well. I found this Soniclean and must say I'm impressed. It's quiet, has strong suction, and the universal head works well on my berber carpet and on wood floors. It's a little lighter than the Sebo Airbelt K3 and the wheels are bigger. It does have an automatic retractable cord which I didn't see in the description and thought I'm miss, but in fact it does. It's a great vacuum, if you're looking for one!

This works fine. I do not notice any of the problems others mentioned - yet. There is one problem - the replacement bags seems to have a scent on them. For people buying this that are MCS scented bags absolutely cannot be used. The bag in the machine is not scented. I have hung one of the scented ones outside to see if it just picked up a scent in transit. The vacuum seems well made. I think the tools are fine - the floor tool does seem different, but works well. The wand is metal and that is a sign of quality, I think. It is not as strong as my previous vacs, that were all built in. But it is much stronger than the stick type I had tried. It will vacuum up small rocks/gravel and pulls stuff out of the corners well. It is quiet and does not emit any noticeable odors or dust. The extra filtration is a piece of foam after the engine, you get a replacement with the bags. That foam itself is putting voc's in the air, so this is not for extremely chemically sensitive people. I can see that the bags will be a problem, they are small and expensive. I have not vacuumed all of my house yet and it is half full. What if you can't get the bags? What if they don't ship them to your country anymore or the company stops making them. The bags are very well made. I think they could be emptied and then sealed back up. There is no cloth bag outside of the paper bag like many vacs have. I am thinking I will make a cloth bag eventually. This machine is a good compromise between a $2000 vac and a walmart vac.

We really like our new WhisperJet vacuum cleaner. It’s really quiet but has superior cleaning power. It’s an easy-to-use canister, far better than the old upright vacuums that are clumsy and have less cleaning power. It’s excellent for picking up dust, vacuuming furniture and general cleaning. It’s got an adjustable length handle - love that feature. Plus it’s easy to store! What’s not to like!

I've used the Soniclean C2 vacuum a few times since it was delivered and so far I'm favorably impressed. It's thoughtfully designed and well built and I anticipate it will last for years. The WhisperJet name is appropriate. The motor is very quiet. Most of the noise made while vacuum is from the floor attachment rolling on hard floor surfaces. The floor attachment itself is impressive. It's shallow enough to fit under furniture that otherwise would have to be moved before vacuuming. It also picks up dirt right up to the edges. Few floor attachments I've ever used worked as well as this one does. The suction is very strong. On my first use of the vacuum I set the suction control at the halfway mark and that was more suction than needed. I turned it down to the one third mark and it was perfect for both the hard floor surfaces and the small wool rugs I have. The rugs look cleaner than ever after vacuuming with the Soniclean. I haven't set the control to full suction but I wouldn't be surprised if it could pick me up off the floor at full suction. Maybe not really, but I doubt there's much it wouldn't pick up. Other good features are the long retractable power cord and the long hose. With my previous vacuums, I needed to move the plug three or four times to vacuum the whole apartment, but with the Soniclean I can leave it plugged in in one place and I can reach even the farthest corners of the apartment. Excellent canister vacuum, and not a bad price point.

The seller mailed the machine to me. I thought it should come in an Amazon box because I was asked whether I wanted to use an Amazon box when I ordered. I was disappointed, so I decided to shoot an unboxing video. I have no proof that something is wrong with this product. It didn't look new. The hose seemed used with dust on. The floor tool was in a loose plastic. So, I examined the machine further. The wheels were not shiny new. There was some dust in the ULPA exhaust filter. I tested the suction without connecting the hose to see if the machine worked. It lit up red when blocked. I hesitated for 5 days before I called Amazon customer service, and they solved my issue with the seller. Pros: The machine is relatively quiet. However, some reviewers said the machine is loud with attachments on. It's not as loud when compared with my old Kenmore. It doesn't give out a smell from the exhaust like it did from my old vacuum. The slim design of the floor tool can get into tight spaces. The suction is good enough for my use. I like the swivel brush head attachment because I can adjust the position to suit different angles. The crevice tool is short compared to other brands, but it doesn't bother me now. It's energy efficient, only 350 Watts. Cons: I am not fond of the idea of the tool holder attached to the wand. It blocked my view, making the handle heavier. I tried to stick it to the canister's handle, and it fell off sometimes. The hose is rigid, taking up some space when stored. The suction-adjusting dial doesn't light up. It's hard to see what suction strength I am using. Bags are expensive. Overall, I have only used it for a month so far, once a week, in different areas. I'm not sure how long this will last. It's much cheaper than a Miele. I hope it can last at least 7 years according to the warranty.
