We have owned the Soniclean Whisper Jet C-2 Vacuum for a few months. It is a great vacuum cleaner for many reasons. We live in a relatively small house so the vacuum's mobility is very important. The Whisper Jet is very mobile and makes maneuvering around furniture and tight corners a snap. The Whisper Jet has strong suction because of its engine design. There are two ways to control the suction power. There is a suction control slider (bleeder) located on the handle which is very convenient. There is also a suction control knob on the vacuum cleaner itself that allows a greater range of suction control from very strong to mild. The Whisper Jet has a wonderful filtration system. There are three separate devices to keep you home safe: a filter dust bag, a motor protection filter, and an exhaust filter. This vacuum keeps the air inside your home very, very clean. The Whisper Jet very, very quiet when running. You do not have to shout to be heard or to hear someone speaking over the sound of this vacuum's engine. The wand connecting the hose to the floor nozzle is a telescopic tube that allows you to reach even very high ceilings and items that need vacuuming. The Whisper Jet even has two separate clips on the body of the vacuum that allow the user to store the floor nozzle on the vacuum for added convenience when taking a break. They have thought of everything. We have two last thoughts. First, the accessory kit is well worth the price. It includes devices that most homeowners would find very useful. Having a bad back, it was important to find a lightweight cannister that also had a bag that would be easy to empty. Being a long-time BMW owner, German engineering is a favorite and this vacuum further proves that point. It is a much quieter vacuum than my Dyson stick and Dyson upright. It rolls MUCH easier on the floors and area rugs than any other vacuum I've owned. It is very easy on my back and has exceptional suction power, which made my chore the easiest and fastest it has ever been. I have never liked dumping cannisters of dirt into the trash, as the dust invariably spreads and feels unsanitary. I prefer a clean bag to remove and dispose of, but had concerns about the capacity of the bag - no need! The Soniclean cannister vacuum cleaned my entire 4 bedroom home, (with 4 large furry pets), in record time, effortlessly AND there was room in the bag to do it again - maybe twice! Every time I use my Dyson's, I am lucky to get 1 room done before having to empty the stick and always needed to stop before finishing the house, to empty the upright. The Dyson's are going into storage for backups but the Soniclean vacuum is definitely superior and will be all that I use, from now on. I take good care of my things and I am hopeful this vacuum will be as durable as my Beemer, and will last a good number of years! Don't hesitate - this is a really great product!! (fyi - FedEx delivered my vacuum to the wrong address, so I engaged with Matthew from Soniclean's CS team, and he provided excellent, prompt service for me - offering to ship a replacement, if the delivery was not found. It was found, so no need, but very reassuring that they backed up their product so professionally!)

I've used the Soniclean C2 vacuum a few times since it was delivered and so far I'm favorably impressed. It's thoughtfully designed and well built and I anticipate it will last for years. The WhisperJet name is appropriate. The motor is very quiet. Most of the noise made while vacuum is from the floor attachment rolling on hard floor surfaces. The floor attachment itself is impressive. It's shallow enough to fit under furniture that otherwise would have to be moved before vacuuming. It also picks up dirt right up to the edges. Few floor attachments I've ever used worked as well as this one does. The suction is very strong. On my first use of the vacuum I set the suction control at the halfway mark and that was more suction than needed. I turned it down to the one third mark and it was perfect for both the hard floor surfaces and the small wool rugs I have. The rugs look cleaner than ever after vacuuming with the Soniclean. I haven't set the control to full suction but I wouldn't be surprised if it could pick me up off the floor at full suction. Maybe not really, but I doubt there's much it wouldn't pick up. Other good features are the long retractable power cord and the long hose. With my previous vacuums, I needed to move the plug three or four times to vacuum the whole apartment, but with the Soniclean I can leave it plugged in in one place and I can reach even the farthest corners of the apartment. Excellent canister vacuum, and not a bad price point.

We’ve had our Soniclean Whisperjet vacuum since May 2023 and I thought it was high time we write a review. We LOVE this vacuum. It replaces two vacuums ( an upright for floors, and a portable canister that you sling over your shoulder for all other jobs) and we haven’t missed either of them for one minute. The standard hose and main head along with the accessories gives the Whisperjet the versatility to clean every floor, wall, ceiling, ceiling fan, bookcase, plantation shutter, etc, etc, in the house. I am 6’2” tall and the extendable wand is long enough to give me the reach I need without stooping or hunching. The adjustable speed dial and the slide adjust on the handle allows us to clean all surfaces ( our floor coverings consist of vinyl plank, wood plank, porcelain tile and carpeting along with a few throw rugs) by easily changing speed and accessory. It cleans better than any vacuum either of us has ever used, but even on the highest setting it ..is..quiet! Using other vacuums made it impossible to carry on a conversation, or watch television even in an adjacent room. Not anymore. We are amazed at how powerful it is while never becoming the center of attention while in use. The Soniclean Whisperjet is lightweight, has great castors that allow it to follow you around the room like your pet, has a push-button roll-up feature for the power cord and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye to the point that we leave it out ( back in a corner of the vestibule) ready to be grabbed for a quick clean-up job. One picky item: the wand fits into one of two brackets when not in use. One with the canister sitting in a normal, horizontal position, and another with the canister sitting up vertically. A good idea because the hose is long, with a large diameter, and could get in the way without this feature. The problem is that the hose and wand, being so sturdy, put a good deal of leveraged pressure on the brackets. The one that holds the wand when the canister is horizontal has given way. Not a big deal, I prefer to store it vertically, but I can’t see anyway to repair or replace the broken one. That being said, after two+ years of constant use ( we live in Arizona. Dust and dirt are a constant) we wouldn’t trade it for any other vacuum and gladly give it a five star recommendation. Tom and Charlotte

This works fine. I do not notice any of the problems others mentioned - yet. There is one problem - the replacement bags seems to have a scent on them. For people buying this that are MCS scented bags absolutely cannot be used. The bag in the machine is not scented. I have hung one of the scented ones outside to see if it just picked up a scent in transit. The vacuum seems well made. I think the tools are fine - the floor tool does seem different, but works well. The wand is metal and that is a sign of quality, I think. It is not as strong as my previous vacs, that were all built in. But it is much stronger than the stick type I had tried. It will vacuum up small rocks/gravel and pulls stuff out of the corners well. It is quiet and does not emit any noticeable odors or dust. The extra filtration is a piece of foam after the engine, you get a replacement with the bags. That foam itself is putting voc's in the air, so this is not for extremely chemically sensitive people. I can see that the bags will be a problem, they are small and expensive. I have not vacuumed all of my house yet and it is half full. What if you can't get the bags? What if they don't ship them to your country anymore or the company stops making them. The bags are very well made. I think they could be emptied and then sealed back up. There is no cloth bag outside of the paper bag like many vacs have. I am thinking I will make a cloth bag eventually. This machine is a good compromise between a $2000 vac and a walmart vac.

Well, our C2 arrived today, and assembly was almost non-existent. Very easy to put together, the materials used have a nice, quality feel to them, and the ergonomics of the vacuum itself are top notch. After having stick vacuums for years, the occasional upright here and there, as well as robovacs, it's nice to have a traditional, vacuum cleaner that provides very good suction without the extra BS. This is a vacuum. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, it's a shame that it's that hard to find a product that just works without the hyperbole. We did not purchase any of the add-on accessories at this time, and honestly? I don't think we may need them. Our house is wall to wall LVP with the occasional area rug. The suction is so powerful, that the rug will lift when you get to the corners. Yeah, it's that powerful, and that's a good thing. Our biggest problem is our Dogo Argentino/Staffie mix who seems to be in a perpetual state of shadow. Although he has short hair, it's everywhere, and it sticks to everything. Well, the C2 made quick work of that one. Within a few passes, the rug and couches were fur free. I will certainly update this if we run into any notable issues, but our initial impressions are glowing.

I had a Melia 20 years old and loved it, same type. This vacuum has as much power and I love that its quite. Having construction done and I have used it alot past week. It gets up everything and has the suction you need. The attachments it comes with are all you really need. If I were going to improve on anything it would only be to make where you hold it a little thinner,but its not uncomfortable at all. It moves easy and has a long cord. The bags do not release dust and I would know at this point. I am glad I purchased it and am super happy with it also considering the price bring very reasonable. Canister vacuums are so much easier then other types of heavy bulky vacuums and do a great job.

Edit: Do not buy this machine its crap. You cannot return it like a normal Amazon order. You will have to pay for shipping to return this order! I just bought my second Whisperjet and I am so disappointed in this company. There is a saying "don't fix whats not broke" and that accounts for things like this because yall had the perfect machine and whatever yall did is like just tossing the entire concept of quality and the prospect of returning customers off a cliff at this point. I am just going to say this is NOT the same vacuum. Please bring back the ones made in Germany! I do not know where they are being made but this is not the same machine. The vacuum looks the same until you use it. The biggest issue is that the motor is super loud. I may as well be using a Dyson because my ears have not stopped ringing since I vacuumed the den. I feel like I just fired a pistol right out the front door. The high pitched squeal of the air being rushed through the vacuum is not pleasant. It gets worse as you change attachments. Speaking of attachments, the attachments are the 2nd thing they screwed up. Basically they took the BEST attachment away and added a squared off one that does not move according to angles you need to get into. The original attachment that was replaced looked somewhat cheap and useless but was NOT. It was a rounded attachment that would swivel around and it would gain suction when you were cleaning things no matter what angle you were at. I used this on EVERYTHING including ceilings, baseboards, blinds, the insides of windows etc. I was looking forward to a NEW swivel rounded attachment because I have literally about worn all the little bristles off and now this crazy thing that they replaced it with is practically useless unless you are at one angle. There is something different with the main attachment for cleaning floors as well. The high pitched sound seems to be coming from how this attachment meets the floors. Even my mother who is technically deaf and wears cochlear implants, said this machine was louder than my old machine. I also did not hear anything being sucked up and with the older "made in Germany" version i was hearing everything that was sucked up into the tube which is also quite satisfying. I am not hearing it now because it is so freaking loud! Last, as I'm trying to vacuum the den which I have pulled this vacuum through, it just stopped pulling at a certain point. I am not even pulling it to the full distance to recoil the cord because it felt wrong. So as I am trying to pull the canister along and the cord is very tightly wound so that it becomes cumbersome to drag across the floor without ripping it out the socket. Does not "feel smooth". Just like the unwinding, the retrieval of the cord was also was very slow and nothing like the older version. With everything else it just frustrated me more because I was expecting quality and some kind of standard to be kept. I have been a loyal customer of this company and have told HUNDREDS if not thousands online, AND offline including my drs office who treats Mold and Lyme Disease(we are super sensitive to mold spores and dust which mold adheres to the first vacuum was a godsend) to buy this from both the mold illness community AND the Lyme community to buy this machine because of the quality, and the ULPA filter which WAS amazing, but will tell them to avoid now unless they go back to making these in Germany. You cannot surpass German Standards and then switch things off like this as the same product. Would have paid MORE for the German version. With all of this being said, something has definitely changed, and something is definitely not right. Please bring back what you had in the beginning! The quality now is NOT there anymore. What you guys had going for you was quiet motor with high suction, high quality feel, efficient attachments, ULPA filter that made the house smell so clean just vacuuming(My house did not have that same clean smell after using this vacuum) so now I'm even questioning the efficiency of the HEPA and ULPA filter which is huge when you have allergies and mold illness and other Chronic illnesses. I'm just so sad over this because it was literally the best vacuum cleaner I ever had in my life and now I have this which I will send back because you just cannot compare the two. I feel almost cheated with this new machine. :( First Whisperjet review: We just found out we have aspergillis spraying into the house through the hvac, which has been making me severely sick for quite some time. I ordered this with mold spores and mycotoxins in mind so that I can suck them up and keep them contained after remediation. Most American or Chinese vacuums claim to be a hepa filter but they are not sealed hepa so this allows particles to spray back out the machine instead of filtering everything. Thee American ones that are sealed are shark and dyson but, they are canister which still is a mess when you dump this in the trash. Even if you do it outside some will end up coming back inside with you. Plus they are much more expensive. So down to the good stuff…I used the vacuum today for over 5 hours straight and the power behind it is impressive. It has better suction than my shop vac. The best part is because the bag is sealed and locked into place I will will get the mold spores that adhere to dust particles I suck up. But also to add it has an ULPA filter on the back which may suck up some of the mycotoxins as well. This will not happen with a Hepa even if it is sealed. I deep cleaned today and was totally hyper fixated on using it everywhere testing out every angle and space I could clean up. It’s actually fun and satisfying to use because it does such a good job. Not to mention it smells clean in here and the air is much lighter. No itching, hives or burning skin from mycotoxins after using this vacuum and the itching etc. is a normal thing for me. The plus is this is super affordable and I believe is even a better buy than the more expensive Miele vacuum that a lot of people with mold issues rave about. IMO the ULPA filter puts it above the Miele. The tools are very simple yet practical. I may go back and buy the horse hair attachment as well. The feel is ergonomic and comfortable to use. You just have to love the quality of German engineering. This outdoes my Dyson which is decent but do not want to deal with a canister when you are dealing with mold spores. The sealed hepa bag is so ideal. Love the simplicity of this vacuum, but the efficiency and quality is all there. The attachments seem to be basic and somewhat plain compared to say the shark or dyson, but every one of them have a specific purpose. I can’t say that about the dyson. Oh! Also it is not loud at all. So if you want to actually clean your home efficiently, or if you have CIRS and Mycotoxin poisoning due to mold in your environment, do not hesitate on buying this vacuum! Especially for after remediation when getting all the spores out is crucial to healing. This is exactly what you want!
