    • Mostly a pairing problem with Samsung S26 ultra
I like the treadmill for the most part. Its very solid built and a 4 hp motor. The main thing I don't like is the HD monitor is slow processing information. For some reason, just refused to pair with my Samsung S26 ultra ?

    • Horrible Delivery Experience and Non-Functioning Treadmill
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Sole treadmill purchase. First, the delivery company sent only one person to deliver a treadmill that was far too heavy for a single individual to manage. I was forced to step in and help carry this extremely heavy item into my home—completely unacceptable. The nightmare didn’t end there. After struggling with the delivery, I finally had it installed, only to discover that the treadmill is not functioning. I immediately contacted the seller twice, asking for assistance to fix it, but I have yet to receive any response or help. This entire process has been exhausting, from the terrible delivery to the defective product and lack of support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a treadmill.     • F89 not worth the premium
Bought the F89 and sending back after 20 days and handful of workouts. I made the decision to buy based on its supposed ability to function as treadmill and connect to streaming services. It does the former responsibility just fine. The latter, is not up to par with its competitors at the same pricepoint. The UI is sluggish, the wifi has issues connecting (in a location that no other devices do). The speakers are hard to hear when running at normal pace. All its really good at doing is being a normal treadmill - so don't spend the money on this "upgraded" model as the upgrades are so cheap it became very frustrating to own. ... show more
