So living in the Florida Keys planting in the ground is nearly impossible since the ground is coral. So everything goes in pots. Unfortunately the heat beats down so much that the soil gets dry too quickly and when I work so much occasionally I forget to water them. I had to have a solution. This was perfect. 20 minutes to set up. All you need is a big bucket of water. We used a $3 home depot bucket. Instructions were clear and programing was easy. I may buy one more set because I can't stop planting more veggies with the way the economy is right now.

Actually purchased this to use for my flower bed… We have an overall sprinkling system, but it doesn’t quite reach a bunch of these flowers that are near my house. So I set this up for drip watering and so those flowers are able to keep hydrated. It has worked perfectly with the instructions that I followed. The flowers look fabulous and I don’t have to worry about them drying up. Great watering system… I would definitely buy it again if needed.

We bought this because California summer never rains and we will be traveling quite a bit this summer. This is easy to set up and use. I look forward to trying it very soon. Solar panels are handy as I don't have an outlet in our yard.

I like this solar panel power, it works great for my garden. I always worry about set my power watering timer and connecting water hose while I am on a trip, I don’t have to worry any power issue or water leaking issues anymore. Love it!

Love to be honest , the only reason can’t give 4-5 stars because you can’t go lower than 5 min And if you do Every 48 hours you can’t do below 10 min. Those times are too long for most watering if potted plants. This is only my opinion , but would love to see a 3 min option

Solar Drip Irrigation System, Solar Powered Automatic Watering System for Potted Plants, 12 Timer Modes Anti-Siphoning Vacation Plant Watering System for Flower Balcony Indoor Outdoor I ordered this solar drip irrigation system on April 15th, arrived on April 25th, kind of slow, via UPS, was left at our front gate, had shipped with other items I had ordered. The cardboard box it shipped in (both sides) sealing tape was literally half ripped open and the box was really banged up, but luckily individual contents were not small enough to fall through the openings. The retail packaging for the drip irrigation was crushed and partially open on one end, but nothing appeared missing. I purchased this solar drip irrigation to replace an existing solar drip irrigation system that is outside in our vegetable garden that has a raised bed and also has individual (lots) of herbs and plants potted in fabric grow bags. The fabric grow bags benefit root growth and structure but the downside is the potting soil dries out quicker so I need to water every day, and have discovered that multiple times a day reduces run off waste and deeper water saturation (I switched to in ground emitters). Fit and finish for the solar panel and base station/pump are fine, no sharp edges or burrs, small printed programing choices is legible, mode choices is limited (could be way better) and you will need to reference the instructions because the print on the base station is not self explanatory. It would have been nice if the battery was a 4400 mAh, will see if it is sufficient (am in Hawaii, is facing true unobstructed South). The only tool you will need when assembling this system is a scissors, assembly is simple. The length of PVC hose included is sufficient for my needs since my garden and potted plants are all together (not using right now am reusing existing hose and emitters). I am not using the shower head emitters but instead only in ground drip emitters. The bracket and stake for the solar panel is kind of flimsy, the base station pump lacks mounting options so I had to cut a piece of lumber to mount the pump, then bolted the lumber onto the fence. What I would really have liked, is a WiFi option so I can monitor and control the drip irrigation from inside our house, but it is cost prohibited right now. The suggested MSRP is very expensive, most expensive system I have acquired to date. The solar panel is the largest one out of the systems I own, setup was quick since I only replaced the solar panel and pump. I don’t like how the manufacture organized the print on the pump, had to keep referring to the instructions to program. I am giving this system only a 4 Star rating because of the suggested MSRP, my opinion being it is over priced at $46 + tax - but it does work after charging the battery. I will revisit my review if I discover a problem.

I bought this one to add another dripping system to my backyard. This one is much more powerful than the other brand. It uses 7mm hose and accessories, so it’s compatible with the parts I purchased separately. I could fertilize my roses without watering can now, and also no need to worry about my plants during traveling days.
