My set from AC infinity via Amazon came quickly! This was my first ever purchase of AC Infinity products. I unboxed a few days later to find I was missing some pieces however, and two of the water lever indicators do not work. As a result my set of 4 was really just a set of 2. The pro is that the two that are complete have been work amazing. They are sturdy, easy to clean and they seem to keep the plants happy. I would definitely buy again and have recommended these but not through Amazon. I think either I got a returned set or QC miss or packing. Either way, I needed the pots "Like Yesterday" so I missed the return window and really did not want to return because I like them. I made just the two pots work and the tops to the other two pots I used for airflow since the bottoms are missing, they work fine for that. Update: I had no idea there was a warranty on these. On a whim I decided to message AC customer service to ask to get replacements and they were very helpful. Great CS! ... show more

    • Some of the water level meters don't work

The bases themselves work great been using them for over a month now with no complaints on the process of it. I did find that a couple of the water meters don't work right away and need a little shake or just don't work at all. I was able to fix one by taking it apart and finding that the small red stick had come off of the Styrofoam puck its attached to and after reassembling it works now but the others that don't work I'm not sure what's going on as they are all put together correctly. If it had a better measuring system it would be a 5 star since these keep my plants hydrated if I'm out of the house or get busy and forget to check them ... show more

If you are using fabric pots these work very well.. Just fill the base and it will wick the water to the base of the pot.

Once these were put together they changed my life! It’s so much easier to just fill it up and wait until the indicator tells me to refill it. I have a busy life and I used to have to water twice a day. Now I just check my plants and enjoy. Get these! It’s worth it!

AC Infinity Self-Water Pot Review: Pro: Easy to put together. Pro: Sturdy. Pro: Great for beginners!!!! Pro: Keeps soil top dry if you are only bottom feeding, this prevents pest. Pro: Top soil watering allows run-off to reservoir, with reabsorption no food loss. Pro: The water indicator/gauge lets you know when to water your plant. Pro: Water reservoir top allows for plenty of air flow. Con: Pouring water in the reservoir can be challenging; its design allows easy splash back and side over flow. Con: Water indicator/gauge can become stuck (can be prevented if you remove every couple feedings and rinse the bottom). ... show more
