This product is great for extreme budgeting and it works quite well. The only problem I have with it is its audio quality . From close enough it sounds quite pleasant but if you move the mic a little far from your mouth the audio goes to crap. Another pet peeve Is when the mic is in standard positioning the feedback of your breatiing is so loud it’s crazy but it’s fine tho in the end of the day It’s great for budgeting but not great overall. If your looking to have a cheap set up go ahead and buy it it’s perfect for you then but if you need a really good headset then get steel series ... show more

I've had this headset going on three years now and it still works amazing it has amazing sound quality good noise cancelling everything. It really all depends how good you take care of it lol I used mine just about everyday for the last three years and it's still working has some cord damage but after three years I would expect it to lol the mic is pretty great as well if your like me and talk low you might need it closer to your mouth but if you have ps4 and you don't want to do that you could always adjust your mic settings. I like this headphones because they're so comfortable, the quality of the sound is really good and you cannot hear any sound from the outside. The Microphone is really good, but if you're using it to do call, don't put it so near to your mouth because your breath will not allow you to hear the person on the other side of the call. I received these headphones on time, but upon opening them, I realized they didn't work. The sound quality was terrible, and the microphone was faulty. I followed the troubleshooting tips but with no luck. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't replace or refund my purchase. I literally handed this company money for nothing. The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. I highly recommend that anyone that is about to purchase something from this company, just DON'T. Look elsewhere. ... show more

    • Comfortable, easy to use, but battery killers
Pros: - Just plug the headset cord into an Xbox wireless controller and it works - It does help in determining where sounds are coming from (360 degrees) so helpful in online shooters and battlefields. - Adjustable and comfortable seal over my ears for my big head - it works - Price doesn't break any budget - The mic snaps into many different positions so there's not alot of fuss about rotating it to the "sweet spot" where you can talk normally and others can hear you clearly. Cons: - The headset doesn't have it's own battery pack. It uses the controller batteries for power. This drains your controller batteries quickly (maybe a little over an hour of play before the controller batteries start barking. (xbox starts warning you about low batts) Most of the time, I use Nyko rechargeable battery packs and charging stands, but I've tested with a fresh pair of AA's and they didn't make it to the 2-hour mark before I had to switch them out. - sound isn't as crisp as other headsets. Sounds are a little muffled/underwater sounding even when sounds are supposed to be right next to you. def. not worth a 5-star for sound ... show more
