So Ive used SoccerBee exhaustively the last two months. Really go back and for the between 3 and 4 stars, but I DO like it and it does give you a lot of info. I like many aspects of it, but the info/metrics you get could be more helpful. First - its pretty easy to set up, charges great(and lasts a long while), syncs really well and gets a lot of info. Once you get used to using it its really easy!! Some of the data is more useful than others (there are 9 data points in the summary section). I like the 'Rate', 'Sprint' and 'Top Speed'. The drawback is that it makes no allowance for the time you've played. If you play 90 minutes, all your date points will be longer, faster, more, etc. than if you played for 30 minutes. Of course you'll do more sprints and run more km's in a longer period of time It needs to measure the metrics 'per time. per minute' etc. played so they will be useful against each other. I like the 'agility' and i wish the 'Analysis Report' on 'My Page' was for each game, not cumulative, that's really not as helpful as if you could see this metric web game by game-that would be much more instructive. It seems like a great way to measure activity but soccer is a lot more than just being 'active'. And after awhile your metrics kinda average out, you can only sprint so fast or cover so much distance. I think this would be a GREAT tool for teams to compare against each other, create some good team competition. But I m not sure Id buy it again. Past review-The waterproof pouch was not included (looks like I may have gotten a returned product- dont like that). Also the vest was a little snug so I am going to try a larger vest and hopefully it will come with the waterproof pouch. No instructions either - although there are you tube videos. But think i need a QR code for the app? I will update when new unit is received. OK I received the 2nd unit, M vest fits great! Downloaded app, watched I txt ruction videos and used it today for a practice. Think it recorded, saw I had 94 min of data but when I tryed to ‘transfer’ data it all disappeared! Will try again see if I can get some data downloaded. Hated to lose that 94 min of data ... show more

The pod is light, and if you get the right size vest, it becomes unnoticeable when playing. I've had the product for 3 weeks and have recorded 15+ games of football and futsal inside and outside and it hasn't failed other than user error. The pod Isn't water-resistant so it has to go in a provided opaque plastic bag which makes the LED indicator hard to see in bright light. The app is good, but could be better. The analysis of your game is fun and intuitive, the algorithm used to determine your overall rating seems confusing at first but once you play a little you'll notice it responds when you have a bad game or a good game accordingly. The hard part is knowing exactly when the pod is synced and recording. This is the one major flaw ive noticed. My suggestion to the manufacturer is this: add a button to the app to force a sync to the pod, and an indicator on the app as to the status of the pod, (like unconnected, connected, and recording, etc.) This way in the bright sun when you can't really see the LED, or when the pod is in the vest/on your back; you obviously can't see the LED indicator on the pod, you can know if your pod is recording data. This would save some headaches wheb you've played an entire game and only after you figure out the pod wasn't recording any data or wasn't paired. Overall good product, with a few tweaks it could be great. ... show more

I say I’m pleasantly surprised with this product, it’s awesome! I took a risk when I purchased it since it doesn’t have too many reviews, but it’s worth it! I enjoy being able to see my movement and speed, also the coverage of field i provide. I had to return this. The app is not user friendly at all. There are pop ups that come up in different languages, even when preferred is English. The vest is cheaply made, stitching came off after just trying it on. Only thing that was good was the device seemed to at least account for my stats properly. ... show more

I have never owned a GPS tracker for footballers/soccer players before this one. After owning soccerbee, I feel like I won’t ever need to get another one or a different one. It is simple to use, and the packaging, app, vest, and pod all feel professional and seamless. It provides all the stats you’d want to know about distance and speed. I also really like how the app lets you compare your data to your own previous games or your teammates. Overall, I’d recommend soccerbee to any other footballers, especially if they’re also getting their first GPS tracker. ... show more
