Good tracking device - have used this for 3 years with no issues, The Tracki App keeps me informed of its location and battery status. The Geo Fence option lets me know when it is located outside my predefined area. I would purchase this device again to add it to other items I want to keep track of.

This is what you would expect from a normal battery with the tracker but it’s six times the capacity. It will last a couple weeks with ten minute intervals and about three days with one minute updates. Six months on battery saver. The case is light weight and very strong. Waterproof too. The magnet is very strong. Even with a protective rust coating, this thing stays on through a ton of rough bumps and shakes. It is bigger than you would imagine it to be. The thing I don’t like is that th e tracker itself starts becoming unreliable and sometimes unresponsive and less accurate when it gets below 20% battery left. I mean sometimes it will go 45 minutes without an update. That’s the only problem I have with this. Otherwise you will want to get this so you don’t have to charge your tracker every other day or two. Should be good for at least a week with desired realistic settings. You don’t need minute updates 24/7.

Updated 2024... They have wonderful customer support. Very responsive and professional. I can't say how GREAT it is to have a company that is easy to get ahold of and actually takes the time to help you. Service is ABOVE and BEYOND!!! A representative called me to discuss my perceived issues with certain aspects of the hardware. We talked about my experiences and I offered to send the failed parts back but they said pictures would be good enough for review. The rep said the pictures would be forwarded for review by engineers for evaluation. They will be sending me replacements for the broken parts again at their insistence. I had bought these for a specific purpose and now that was over I considered it pointless to pursue this but the company wanted me to be able to use their product as intended and I ecstatic. You can buy Tracki with the confidence that the company will stand behind the product and go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. I will be testing the replacements to see how they stand up and i will let you know. --Original Review-- I ordered two of these for the two Tracki devices I bought and after a month of use I am very disappointed in the quality of the mechanism for both attaching the Tracki to the extended battery as well as the mechanism to keep the weather proof cases closed. I bought these as insurance for tracking my luggage while traveling, while I knew this was a bit extreme I was lured by the repeated claims of quality and such. After very light use one (of two) of the clasps that keeps clam shell case closed broke off with very little effort. Both of the mechanism used to secure the Tracki to the extended battery broke off, again with very little effort. This was not after years of wear and tear, this was after very light use of a few months just using to track luggage while traveling. I did not contact the company because given their claims of quality and how this is an affordable option to more expensive options and my experience leads me to believe this is a basic design flaw. If those pieces can be broken so easily with light use I can't imagine they would stand up to the wear and tear of use in a fleet setting. Because the piece that secures the Tracki to the extended battery has broken on both they are pretty much useless. Fortunately I only signed up for 6 month cellular plan and luckily my luggage made it back without relying on these devices.

The extended battery pack is wonderful. I only need to charge my tracki once a month. I have placed it under the carriage of the vehicle and it has not fallen off and it kept the device dry. I also have placed it under the seat of the vehicle and it still provides information. I am very pleased with this devise

After receiving two of the Tracki waterproof boxes, I carefully followed the instructions to set them up. I installed them on two separate vehicles and sent them in different directions. They both were still showing the original location which was my home. I contacted tech support and my issue was still not resolved. After removing my devices from the waterproof boxes they immediately start showing the correct/accurate locations. Long story short, my Tarcki devices work like they're designed without the waterproof boxes. I had hopes that they would work correctly before the return product day expired. But they did not, so I'm stuck with a product that can't be returned.
