I looked for so long to find the perfect cloud couch. I looked for months before. I finally decided to get this one because the ref reviews were pretty good compared to others. I was nervous because of of course, if I take it out of the box, I can’t return it, however, once I took out of the box I was completely Surprised about how gorgeous it was! It was easy to carry all four boxes being a small girl. There was no set up just take it out of the package and it will expand. Actually so good. The couch is a little low but I knew that from reading the reviews and I’m used to low couches because they fit the look I’m trying to achieve. For reference I am 5’7” and think it’s super comfortable. Super easy to assemble. Takes a little over a day to fully expand. The couch itself came pretty quick, the ottoman came a few days later. I’m so impressed with how this couch turned out! It’s much deeper than I expected, and incredibly comfortable. I used a steamer to gently remove the wrinkles, which is totally normal since it’s made of foam and arrived vacuum-sealed. It does sit low to the ground, but not uncomfortably so.
