I don’t ever write reviews however for this sofa I HAD to come back and write one!! I searched high and low for a sectional that was big enough and comfortable enough. This sofa is firm with the perfect amount of softness and the size is incredible! I have the 4 seater with 2 ottomans and I am absolutely happy I bought this. The price was amazing. Assembly was super easy everything came in vacuum sealed bags in boxes 7 pieces all I did was cut open and it expanded the wrinkles evened out after 24 hours. If you’re considering buying this let this be the reason you finally decide yes!! It’s super comfortable also and functional especially being able to rearrange in any set up I want with no hassle . For being a boneless couch it still has amazing support.

I recently moved and needed a couch fast. This one is beautiful, comfortable and fluffy. The shipping was fast, as it arrived in two days . My toddler and I have already fallen asleep on it multiple times . My son accidentally got black crayon and an orange chalk on it (scary, Ik) and both came fully out with a little soap and water. My only cons are that it needs constant fluffing (but that’s expected with a cloud couch) and that it sits a bit low. Other than that I lovee it! Definitely a great buy!

It’s a beautiful couch, very comfortable. Low to the ground if that’s your preference.PLEASE HAVE A STEAMER OR IRON. It comes very wrinkled and the heat loosens up the fabric . Great purchase! Thick, good quality . Comfy to sleep on! And doesn’t take up too much space

I haven't opened the boxes yet, but the shipping was EXTREMELY fast. I ordered this on a Thursday night it was delivered Saturday morning. Literally 3 days if that. I will say one of the boxes was beat up from transportation so I can see part of the couch. Color is spot on. I will update once I open it! UPDATE!!! I opened the boxes and put the cushions together. They expanded fast. I didn’t realize that the couch came with 2 pillows which is a plus! It’s wrinkly right now but as the days go on they are going away. (first photo with curtains is 24 hours after opening, others are right out of the box). I love the color and the fabric. I’m so glad I chose this couch. It’s extremely comfortable. I suggest if the cushions come apart to use velcro! I haven’t had the issue yet but saw other reviews about it. This was definitely worth the price and actually bigger than I thought it would be. I love the deep cushions and length.

I really like the look and size of this sectional — it fits our living room perfectly and was super easy to set up. That said, I do wish it was more supportive and sturdier, since it definitely has a very soft, sink-in feel. When it arrived, it also needed to be steamed to get the wrinkles out, which took a little extra effort but made a big difference. Overall it’s comfortable and looks nice, just not ideal if you’re looking for something firm or structured and I am worried about the longevity of this product.

I debated on this couch for literally 4 months and finally did it. So far no regrets, shipping was super fast within a week it had arrived. The wrinkles for me mostly came out on their own. Super comfortable couch and it’s deep. If you’re looking for a firm couch this isn’t it. This is a cozy, deep and fluffy couch. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice by accident and have woken up with no back pain or nothing. It matches perfectly with my decor and wall color. I got the brown and it’s not too dark it’s a perfect balance of brown mocha. I am in love with it! Provides just enough seating without taking too much space in my small living room. No regrets so far. Side comment: some reviews said it doesn’t hold up well without being against a wall. Mine is inches away from the wall to not tug on the curtains. No issues so far whatsoever. Each person is different. This is the perfect lazy couch to watch movies on and be laid out on. Sitting on the edge your weight will cause you to sink closer to the floor so not good support while putting shoes on- it’s a boneless couch be realistic. Photos show how color changes with lighting.

I’m only giving it a 4 star because the color is not very brown. It almost makes me wonder if I actually got the wrong color? Because it has a twinge of brown, but mainly looks kind of gray. I was really hoping for a deeper richer brown color—like the photos showed from both the listing and the reviews. It’s comfortable though, a good size and the setup was easy. I steamed it same day out of the box and it looked great.
