This couch is SO comfy and literally feels like you’re sitting on a cloud!! I was a bit skeptical but I read other reviews and decided to buy it for my first apartment. I have no regrets, this couch is perfect! Having a steamer to get the wrinkles out definitely is useful though I will say. The color matches the pictures online and the sizing is pretty accurate. The seats don’t move at all when you sit or lay on the couch also. My couch isn’t right up against the wall and it holds up well on its own! If you’re looking for an affordable and super comfortable soft couch, this is it.

This is my initial review (9/8/25) which I will update after at least 8 months of use. I have wanted a cloud couch for so long. And to have a dupe available for $800 is amazing! This has been in my shopping cart on and off for about 6 weeks. And 2 weeks ago it went on SALE for almost $200 off... I ordered it immediately. It came in 2 shipments. 1 box was delivered about 5 days after ordering it, and then 3 more boxes arrived 3 days later. So 4 boxes total for the 3 seater + ottoman. This arrived with 3 back cushions, 2 end cushions, and 2 throw pillows. The throw pillows were a surprise since I didn't know those were included. The boxes were a little heavy and awkward. My dad helped me bring them in. I was able to get them unboxed, out of the vacuum sealed bags, and assembled all on my own. And wow were these pieces WRINKLED. I immediately was not happy with the couch and went through panic on how I was going to return them... but I decided to just give a quick pass with my steamer and I'm glad I did. It immediately made the couch as I wanted. I posted some pics on HOW WRINKLED it came out. And also after photos of a quick pass with a steamer. It is the softest couch I've ever sat on. I even took a 2 hour nap on it yesterday. Seriously amazing. My biggest concerns right now are: will the cushions remain soft? Or will they deflate over extended use?... I am a couch lounger. I sit on them, nap on them, all the time. I have 2 cats, no kids. So we'll see how it lasts. Secondly... will the sections move out of place? I haven't experienced it yet, but its only been a day. The pieces are currently sitting on an area rug, so this helps the bottoms grip to something. I will report back if this becomes an issue.

The sectional itself is cute and comfortable- the fabric is great quality, seems sturdy, and the set up couldn't be easier. I was worried it would be sliding all over the place but thankfully, it doesn't budge. However, that doesn't mean it is hard to rearrange. Sectional holds up well to the home gymnastics of a toddler. I can see how the height could be a problem if you're extremely tall or have physical limitations, but if you don't the couch is a great height and matched what the description said. EDITED TO ADD: This couch got rust from a hammer all over it and spaghetti sauce and both stains came right out. I'm very impressed and this alone would make me purchase again. The delivery/shipment is comical. The projected window Amazon gave was September 5-10. I didn't realize that meant we'd get a box or two each day over that period of time, LOL. I read previous reviews and was prepared for it to not all be delivered at the same time, but for whatever reason, in my head, that meant two shipments. I believe when all was said and done it was 4 different deliveries. After the first two deliveries I messaged the seller who got back to me the next day and provided me with the remaining tracking numbers. Edited to Add: When all was said and done the delivery started for this couch on 9/4 and all 7 pieces were finally received 9/10. It ended up being about 5 different deliveries. That was really annoying and makes me want to remove a star but the couch itself really is 5 stars.

The couch shipped on time, and it was delivered without incident. It was not very difficult to unpack, and while it is very wrinkly when it gets unpacked, those wrinkles go away after a few weeks (or you can just steam them out). Giving this four instead of five stars because at least with my couch, the back support is not the best. The back pillows are OK, but after using this couch for several weeks, you can tell that the back support is leaning back. I don't find this to be a huge issue, but worth pointing out. Overall, a very cozy couch and a true cloud couch dupe without having to pay thousands.

I absolutely love this couch! I purchased the 7 seater . It is low profile so if thats not what your looking for then dont get it. We had a large bulky couch before that cost us 2300 and wanted something lower and more comfy and this is definitely it! Shipping was a little weird as others have said. 3 pieces came within a week after ordering i reached out to the seller and they promptly gave me the other tracking numbers and the other 4 pieces didnt come until 4 days later. overall im extremely happy with my purchase! Quality is great for the price!

I have been stalking this couch on every form of social media for about 2 months and when it magically appeared in brown I HAD to take the chance. It is SO worth it. At first it was super flimsy and I thought I had made a mistake. But after patiently waiting about 8 hours, it was fully formed and much more firm. It obviously came SO wrinkled because it’s in a box so make sure you invest in a good steamer. I posted two pics — one with it freshly out of the box and one with it in a full square. First of all, it’s so much more plush than I imagined. I think it looks gorgeous, it’s so insanely cozy, and it holds us both comfortably with extra room to spare. Im shocked it was $800. I’m not sure the long term hold up, but for now, I give it 5 stars! Highly recommend!
