Use: Western state big game and bird hunting. I put an onyx maps chip into the unit and you can only view 2d topo. They sell another subscription (bird’s eye) but I don’t need another one (I currently use onyx and Garmin in reach). Maybe it’s user error but I can’t get a good track line on the device when using in my utv. When you power the unit off the tracks disappear (only fix is to run your dog collar in the sxs) and have your handheld going the whole time. Overall it works ok, if it would track my route the whole ride so I could back track easier it would be an amazing unit. Currently the track line is a thin red dash that gets lost easy on the screen. I will change to 5 stars if I figure it out. I was hoping this would be mindless navigation on trails but you have to treat it like a rolling map. With the onyx chip you get most of the marked trails and property lines. ... show more

Friggen love this thing!!! Works great for a normal gps in your vehicle, but MAN!!! combine this with your Alpha dog tracker and it is AAAAMAZING! No more fumbling around with that little screen while you're trying to drive around!
