Used this tracker to track the vehicle of a relative who was going through the earliest stages of dementia. We were able to keep an eye on him while he maintained his independence. You may think 'Why didn't you just track his cell phone?" - He would sometimes leave his cell phone behind, or forget to charge it. So this tracker was a more reliable tracking option. The magnet sticks to the underside of a vehicle with a solid *chunk* sound that lets you know with confidence that it's not going anywhere. I would charge the tracker approximately every 3 months, and re-place onto the vehicle in an inconspicuous location. We always had reliable real-time tracking, with zero issues. Unfortunately, my relative eventually progressed to the point where driving was no longer safe, but during the almost two-year period we used this tracker, it gave us peace of mind, and allowed him a chance to live out the later stages of his disease progression with as much freedom and independence as possible. Cancellation of the tracking service when no longer needed was also pleasantly no-fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the gpsnvision tracker and tracking service to anyone!

I brought this product with the three month battery so that I could not have to worry about charging all the time. I placed the product on June 27 and by August 2, the battery was already dead. I only check the location of this item may be once a week if that so the battery battery that was supposed to last three months only lasted about five weeks.

Hello, I ordered this device and then went through the activation process for service. When activating the device and paying for service it will ask for a password. This is not your password. Wait for second email. Your password will be something simple at first but once logged into track.inteltrack.net you can click username at the top right and change your password to something more secure if you like. When I got this and logged in the first time it still did not show my device on a map. This is probably because I have special insulation in my house called e-shield that has aluminum covering blocking the signal. I took the device in my car and drove around and then after the blue light came on a few times while driving it showed where the device was on the map. This is a small operation so if you call the support number you will likely go to voicemail. But for me they called me right back. So fast support, and the device does work as advertised. One feature I really like is the software also shows battery life. This is a good indicator for when the device will need to be charged again. Thank you so much for having great product and service/support.

I have had my unit for several months. It performs well and as advertised. I have called Customer Support a few times. The technicians who assisted me on those occasions were Jesse and Adrian. Their knowledge of the unit and its operating system was outstanding. However the most important and impressive thing was their professionalism, courtesy, and prompt response. I highly recommend this company. 5++ stars.

Don't buy this tracker if you want to conceal it on a car. Although it appears to be smaller than a cell phone based on the pictures...it is actually the thickness of about 4 cell phones stacked on top of each other. I don't know why companies try to deceive buyers because at the end of the day, they are going to get a lot of these returned and waste a lot of time and cost. I don't even know how well it works...all I know is it is entirely too big to conceal covertly. Anyone with any mechanical aptitude will easily see it because it is the size of a small brick.

Only had it for a day so far, but I already see that it will work perfectly for me. As a person in the customer service business, the support that I received today was above my expectations. I had an issue with setting it up and that issue became a non issue within 15 minutes of texting the company. I then needed to understand where to find the battery levels on the app. In less than 10 minutes, I was contacted and got exactly what I needed. I appreciate good customer service. This service is better than that and the product seems to be perfect for my needs. Highly recommended.
