Great packaging. Materials and craftmanship of the bike are excellent. Directions were easy to follow. Fasteners laid out and identified per step on a card was nice feature. The seat and seat back are very comfortable. I an 230# @ 6'0" tall. the seat adjustment leaves plenty of room for someone taller. Display started right up and is easy to set up per the instructions. Pulse monitor matches my watch with in one or two beats as well as my finger pulse/ox device. Setting the pedaling tension is easy with plenty of increments. It is quiet. A couple "well, buts:" I don't know if I'll ever use the cup holder but it does appear a bit small. The straps on the foot pedals are small. I wear size 13 A shoes and they just fit at maximum adjustment. I do find my feet stay in position on the pedals without the straps. Definitely a good buy! 9/5/2025 Update: After 7 months of moderate use the Bike experienced a failure of one of the drive belts. I sent them an e-mail one evening. and they responded immediately. They requested the picture I shared here. After review with their technical people they determined that a repair at home would be difficult. They elected to send me a new bike. The new bike arrived yesterday. Original e-mail 8/25 bike arrival 9/4. They had the bike ready to go on 8/29. The bulk of the time was FedEx transportation issues. Note it was over a holiday weekend. I am very happy with their response. I will not have time to assemble the new bike for a few days. I will update this after assembly. 9/23/2025 Assembled the new bike today. Was as easy as the first time. A little faster as I already had practice. New bike is as study, parts fit well. Pedaling, tension adjustment, seat adjustment and display all function properly. I will update if there are any issues in the future. 12/5/2025 I found replacement belts for the first bike. As their customer service representative said it was not an easy replacement. But for someone with minimal technical ability it is doable. It does require a couple thin metric wrenches. In the process I did find that this bike is well made. They didn't skimp on material quality. I would say the belts are the weakest link. It's a shame it's not currently available.

It was easy to assemble and arrived as expected. Positives: It's basically soundless, no one in the house knows I'm on it. It's easy to get on and off because the center support is on the floor, so nothing to step over. Negative: My husband's legs are much longer than mine, so we have to adjust the seat between sessions. It's not easy, the seat is very hard to move. We're hoping it becomes easier over time. Overall, we're very pleased with the bike.

Easy to understand instructions. Easy for this 78 yr. Old man to put together. It is a nice exercise bike. Really like it. Good quality and sturdy. Good value for the money

Directions to assemble bike were very clear and step by step. All parts were in the box and no missing pieces. I gave a 4 star because I have only done 30 minutes on the bike since assembled. Everything seems to be working. The seat and back are very supportive and comfortable.

I am enjoying the ease of getting on and off. It is of very sturdy makings, I am enjoying the ease of having this bike in the bedroom with the TV and the book holder is such a great idea.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First one we ordered came with the pedal cranks pre-assembled on the wrong sides, missing wires, and cracked pieces. Sent it back and received a replacement with resistance control that didn't work. We could not set to a different resistance. Not to mention that pieces on the replacement were painted different from the first one. Customer support is also not helpful as they do not accept phone calls and only will converse through email, if it all. Not worth the amount of money it costs, especially to have to repack it to send back.

I love the Snode products!! My recumbent bike has been nothing but fantastic! It is well made, easy to use, comfortable, and efficient at working all the proper leg muscles. It has made my workout routine more efficient and beneficial. I had to deal with Snode support at one point and their support team was beyond helpful and very quick to respond. I highly recommend this Recumbent bike and any other Snode product to someone who wants reliable workout machines. FIVE STARS!
