I loved the idea of personal steam sauna. It was somewhat easy to assemble but didn't come with written instructions. Please make sure connections are VERY SECURED. Now my MAJOR DISLIKES: The hose comes apart easily from steamer. I had to use a twist tie to keep it secure. Another DISLIKE IS the "gate connection". Hard to connect but easy to disconnect. ANOTHER Dislike is THE HOOD. DOESN'T STAY ON. GREAT IDEA BUT NEEDS SOME ADJUSTMENTS. IF you are over 6 feet I would not purchase this you will not be comfortable. Its not a bad purchase. The media could not be loaded. Every connector cracked upon connecting it. Tried to crazy glue it back together and cracked again…. I have bought many of these over the years(everytime i move) from different vendors and this is the worse. Dont buy. Im throwing it in the trash
