This sauna came four days past the promised delivery without the chair that was supposed to be included. I contacted the seller by chat and the results were poor. First, they responded by addressing me as dear, several times. I was not sure if this was poor English or them being condescending. It was sadly the latter. They asked for the order number. I gave it and they wrote "Dear...", that no order with their company existed. This is a stalling tactic that I've found with some overseas company using Amazon. I believe it's a format for the consumer to give up and accept the product as is. When I wrote back that I would contact Amazon, they quickly responded l, "Dear..." that they would send me a free chair if I wanted, not that they were correcting their error! I still have not received the chair or even a shipment notice. The way the sauna was neatly packed it was clearly put together to be sent without a chair. Despite these initial problems I turned on the sauna and it got reasonably hot. However it kept shutting down. After a few tries I figured out that the electronic control box sporadically overheats and shuts down. You can hear an audible click when it shuts down. Also the handheld controller did not always respond to my pressing. I speculate the interior panel contacts are cheap. On the plus side, the sauna was packaged well, it's attractive, cozy, and gets hot. However I unfortunately will return this sauna because of the: almost $200 price tag (overpriced), late delivery, no chair, poor customer service and problematic unit.

Was concerned originally because carton was torn and appeared to be possibly used and not well packaged. All parts were there however and unit opened easily and heated quickly in 5min. . Appears to be working properly, if not, hopefully the problems will be evident before the 30-day return policy expires. Will update if problems exist...

I work up a good sweat in this however the footpad quit working in less than 10 sessions so I’m returning it. Other than that it works really great and I find the chair confirms me to sit in. I use the sauna for detox from Lyme Disease.

I had a monthly membership to a sauna studio. I couldn't make my once a week appointment and actually wanted to use the sauna more than once a week but the subscription was costly. By purchasing this sauna I am able to use it as often as I like anytime that I like and in a place that I like. I even recently took it to Nashville to my mother's when I went to visit and used it there. It has helped with weight loss and arthritis pain. I am five foot eight 250 lb and had enough room to sit comfortably. I absolutely love it it is a wonderful purchase I recommended it.

This product does exactly what you want it to and how you would expect it to. It heats up quickly and gets you detoxing quickly! I was sweating profusely but was very comfortable in the chair while surfing on my phone through the arm holes. Such a great option for those you cannot go sit in a sauna elsewhere! Can’t wait to see the additional benefits over time from the convenience of my home!
