The treadmill came in great shape. Well packaged and damage free. It was easy to set up, just lift the arms up, tighten a couple screws, plug in control board and 6 screws. The treadmill isn’t lightweight but also not disturbingly heavy. It’s easy to move around with the front wheels. Since it has some weight to it, it doesn’t feel flimsy when running on it like you are going to break it in half. The sturdy construction is confidence inspiring. Folding up effort takes a little extra work because you have to loosen the screws on the arms. I keep mine set up so not a big deal for me. You also don’t have to loosen them all the way, just enough to get the arms to fold. It appears, from photos, that you could stand it on end but there’s no security and I feel it would just tip over especially if you have kids or pets. May slip under your bed if it’s high enough. Motor is super quiet even at running speeds. The walking deck has some give so it doesn’t feel like you are running on concrete. If you have a super wide stance the width may be a problem. I’m 5’4” and have no issues. This treadmill is also longer than my last and I don’t feel like I’m going to go flying off the back end. Mine came with a stripped screw for tightening up the arm. The company quickly resolved this and sent me a new screw in less than a week with detailed instructions on how to remove a screw if it fell into the motor area. Friendly and quick service A*!! This appears to be a company that is still working on their product line. I hope that means improvement on their app. In comparison to apps like iFIT, this falls very short. This treadmill doesn’t hide that they made it for runners. If you are getting into running or are a walker you feel pretty left out on the challenges in the app. The step and heart rate tracker band is okay. It’s tricky to get it in snug enough to be very accurate. The band is stiff and not that comfortable. The charging dock for the watch on the side was smart of them. It pairs easy with the app. The watch pairing seems to work but there weren’t many instructions about it and I’m not 100% sure if I’m doing it right but everything seems to show up on the app so it must be okay. You can only choose 3 or 6mph or go up or down .1 on the control panel. This is a pain if you are using a different app and need to say, go from 3 to 4.5. It’s cumbersome. It has start, pause and stop. Very basic. It’ll show you distance, steps, speed, time, calories. PitPat review: They have very few training programs and everything takes you on a cartoon like track or through scenery that looks like you are a game character in a Mario village. I understand this is what they were going for but not really my thing. You can collect coins and win “money” for finishing events. These can be used to pay to enter other events. It costs actual money to enter events if you haven’t earned money. Again, if you are a walker or just starting to jog like me, you end up finishing the race last and there are no other runners for the last several minutes as well as throughout your workout if you aren’t just on a track. You feel pretty alone and it’s not worth paying actual money for if you aren’t competitive. I’m curious to see what kind of improvements they make with the app. Otherwise I’m happy with the treadmill (wish it had incline) but great price and quality. In the meantime I’ll be using their app a little here and there but will likely be using iFIT until they add some more training options and hopefully, more interesting interactive features and scenes. I will update here if/when the app and training programs improve and any details about how the treadmill holds up over time. And no, I wasn’t paid by the company to review this.

We were looking for something sturdy but space saving and this treadmill fits the bill perfectly! We do not fold it down and store or anything so I can't answer to that but it is very sturdy, runs great and has been helping us keep with our fitness goals! I am knocking off 1 star though ONLY because the watch that connects to this treadmill, as well as the app is terrible! The watch is wonky, and took forever to even turn on or connect, then once I did it didn't even record accurately! Like at all! The app is confusing and just not user friendly in any sense. I gave up on it & the watch & ended up tossing it in a drawer. I didn't get this treadmill for the watch or app though, so it's not too big of a deal for us, but if that's what you are looking for from this treadmill I would NOT!! Using the treadmill stand alone though, without the watch or app, is great! I just use my own smart watch to record my data & ended up getting my hubby one also so he could too and not have to struggle with the one that came with it. But so far this treadmill is exactly what we were looking for!

I watch movies while on the treadmill. My old treadmill was very loud, so I got used to turning on subtitles to ensure I could still catch all the dialog when there are quiet scenes. I was hopeful that this wasn't the case with this treadmill as some information indicated it was quiet. I have to say that is far from true. It is about at loud as my old one, but with a different tone. My old treadmill showed distance and the time running at the same time, this treadmill doesn't have that. It cycles through displaying distance, time, and speed. This wouldn't be so bad if I could manually switch to the one I wanted to see at any given moment, or if it provided the ability to just put one on all the time. It doesn't do that, if I want to see how far I've gone, I need to keep looking down at the display until it shows it. This is a nuisance when trying to read subtitles of a movie because the motor is so loud. It has a phone app that you can get and link into the device. I was hopeful that this would provide the ability to have a custom view of the time or distance to replace the built in display panel. That would have been an acceptable solution to my issue with the limited display panel features. It turned out not to have that ability. It does show the information in a gamified running application, which I didn't find all that interesting. Unfortunately the information is too small to see while the phone is sitting on the from panel with a quick glance down. I quickly uninstalled the app.
