Ok, here’s the deal with the wifi…it IS available BUT…you have to buy a “G2 Gateway” that is sold separately that connects with the TTLock app that the lock uses! If you don’t have the “G2 Gateway”, then you’re only going to be able to connect via Bluetooth at a range of about 6 feet. This also means you CANNOT link to your smart home devices like “Alexa” without the “G2 Gateway” as this device acts as a bridge to WIFI. This information isn’t clearly explained on the product page but is in the manual. The lock is still a good lock that is easy to install. Fingerprints, codes, fobs, and other setup works well and is easy to setup in the TTLock app. TTLock app is free to download and has a range of options you can set your lock to perform. This is a good introduction to smart fingerprint locks for all the ways to unlock at its price point.

Super easy to install, not confusing, I was able to do it without prior knowledge or skills in that department. Makes life so much easier not fumbling for a key all the time and I love not having to have a bunch of keys made for people to lose.

The system has failed to work properly and the batteries have to be replaced once a week or every other week. I've had to reset the system three times in three months, maybe I got a defective one. I called the company and was trying to get a new one and was informed, one was on its way but haven't heard anything else or received the replacement.

So I got this to replace a Wyze lock that failed after 2 Years, and with this saying it worked with Smart Home Devices, I was sold! I got the lock up and running, with the Tuyla App, and link my account with Alexa within the Tuyla app, and When I went to Discover Devices in Alexa it says this is not found, I have over 30 Smart Devices in my Home, so its not due to not knowing what I'm doing, this device just plain does not support Smart home integration, its BLUETOOTH ONLY, So if you leave your house an forgot to lock the door, guess what? Your driving back home because you need to be within 5 Feet of this with your phone in order to use the APP. Very Disappointed, This is not a "smart lock" to todays definition of a smart lock, that can integrate with your smart home. This is an electronic lock that has a "feature" to unlock with your phone again if you are within 5 feet of the door, so that feature would take longer to use than to just unlock or lock the door yourself by hand.

I like this lock for all the security features it has. I could not get the right/left opening door to work right at first. I had to reset it several times to make it finally work. This lock works with the TTLock app which is one of the more popular lock apps. I have another lock from a different manufacturer and I was happily surprised when the key fob from the other lock was easily syc’d with this one. I like that you have so many choices for locking and unlocking this lock. It is sturdy once installed and working. You have keys for an emergency and they are not traditional keys so you won’t be able to rekey other locks to the same key. The kit comes with everything you need including a little screwdriver. I have not hooked up my gateway yet so I can’t say how it works with the wifi. Maybe after I connect it I will update this review.

This is a highly functional door lock kit. It works great, and it is simple and easy to install. The set up is extremely easy. I like how streamline and crisp it looks as well. It is priced very well in comparison to other products that are similar.

The app is easy to use, the lock is easy to install.. i love this lock it saves me time from having to unlock with keys. i just unlock from my car and walk right in my house.
