My son, who isn't exactly a DIY expert, had it up and running in no time. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once installed, the lock seamlessly integrated into our daily routine. Its sleek design complemented our door aesthetics, and the keypad was intuitive for everyone in the family to use. No more fumbling for keys or worrying about lost copies. We have several options and with the use of gateway we can even make changes and/or unlock door remotely. Moreover, the lock's smart features add an extra layer of convenience. From remote access via smartphone to customizable access codes for guests, it offers the flexibility modern families need. But what truly impressed me was its reliability. Despite constant use by our bustling household, (our house is newly built and has workers making some renovations), the lock has held up without a hitch. Lightweight, very sturdy, easy to install, set up, and use. I’m not a huge fan of the key function so I’ll be using the other options to lock and unlock. I like the color, design and style.

It was quite fast installing it physically came with a clear instruction book and a outline for the holes for the lock of you need to make the hole on the door itself Came in 3 different languages (which I absolutely love! I only speak English but it's helpful to Spanish and Chinese speakers/readers) it hold 250 different fingerprints, 3 keys, 2 key fobs and a app to use.. So far so good I will update later as to how well this deadbolt/system functions. So far it's almost a slam dunk for us as far as quality and for the price I used a 20% coupon that attached as well so that was nice. This item is just as seller/details say it is so far! Looking forward to my new lock Delivery was great this time as well they took a great photo clearly showing where they put my package which is helpful we had a little bump when it came to a couple other deliveries but that was corrected quite quickly thank goodness. Before we had a lock with just the keypad for numbers but it finally gave out so we were going to buy the same one and came across this lock and absolutely fell in love with it Our old lock was key or pin only so this is a big upgrade for our system Now I don't have to give family and close friends my pin to get in the house incase of an emergency or other situations that may arise I can simply let them in through the app or just program their fingerprint (of course only people I trust with my life will have that type of access) I ordered this last night and it got here today that was so fast! Then again I do live by a Amazon hub station/warehouse Looking forward to faster, easier access to our home 🏠 Again I'll edit later once I've had the opportunity to use all functions so far it's perfect P.s. Our old one that only had a pin or key was $149-$160 this was just under $70 and has way more features and technology so worth it so far so good 😊

To start with, it wouldn't connect to the app. Not a problem for me as I wasn't going to use the app anyway. But then, an hour after installing and adding codes and fingerprints, the fingerprint didn't read. And after 3 failed unlocks the lock went into alarm and would not operate at all after that. To top it off, there are no instructions in the documentation telling how to get it out of alarm. So... 2 hours after install it was off the door and back in the box. Spend a few more bucks on a better model.
