    • Used for two weeks and started smoking
I used this heater in my small office and it worked very well until it didn’t. I came in this morning, turned it on and a few minutes later I noticed it had turned off. In the process of trying to tune it back on I noticed the on/off switch in the back was stuck in the ‘on’ position. I got it restarted and noticed a smell and when I turned around it was smoking. I love this little mini heater,it puts out a lot of heat and the little fake fire light is cute especially at night. The remote did not turn my heat off so I had to do it manually. It's cute and small great for an office or a bedroom. It's a great gift,I want to buy another one.

Don't be fooled yall. I got it bc it looked mad cute. A week in and it's broken. The remote barely wanted to work on the first day so I manually turned it on/off. Now the on buttons don't even work.

The media could not be loaded. I just got home and was getting ready to lay down and I turned the heater on.. it ran for 10 min and cut off, I have an older heater similar but not made in china. I have had it for 10 years but I put that one in my office.. I live in Florida so it’s not like I use it often.. it’s been off all day and it just stopped working ... show more

I used both heaters to heat up the bathroom and a small office area. 1 has quit working and have reservations on the 2nd. I would like to return these and get a refund or credit it to my account so that I can do some research to find a better solution.

This little heater has some power and I like that you can adjust where the fan blows. The fireplace effect on the bottom is pretty realistic and easy to caught up in staring at it because it is relaxing. Worth the money and I like that it has a timer and turns off if it tips over.
