This flush mount ceiling fan was incredibly easy to install, even for someone like me who isn’t very handy. I was able to put it up in no time at all. The small ceiling fan is super quiet, which is perfect for my daughter’s room. It doesn’t disturb her sleep at all, even on the highest setting. First, understand that the entire fan is plastic. Just a heads up. I personally don't mind, but some might. The directions are straight forward, but it does skip over the part about properly grounding. Make sure you ground the green and yellow wire from the fan motor and the ceiling ground wire to the green grounding screw in your light fixture box. Grounding is important! YouTube is your friend if you need help. The wire casings need to be cut back before you pair them with the matching colored wires from the ceiling, but be careful not to cut the wires themselves. The fan is lightweight, and the custom settings from the remote are awesome! The light is very bright, but dimmable. For the price, you get what you pay for. It's modern, but not really elegant. It does the job for what it is. I do enjoy the fan settings, it moves air very well. Installing is sort of tricky. You may need an extra set of hands. It's on the smaller side, but in our living room it does well. ... show more
