As soon as I got this and tried it on, I loved it!!! I usually end up finding the arms too tight, but NOT on this one! The full size is perfect. It looks EXACTLY like the picture. The hood is easy to detach or reattach. The only thing I did not understand is the description. It makes it sound like the raincoat shell is separate, so I could wear it as a raincoat even if it is too hot to wear the fleece part. That is not true at all. This is one jacket with waterproof material all on the outside and fleece inside. There is no way to divide it into two separate coats. I guess whoever wrote the description was not able to explain what was meant. Whatever. It fits and is the perfect coat for fall and winter and perfect color (I got the pink and purple one). For shirts, I wear large to extra large (or 12 / 14) but I got the coat as 2X to make sure the arms fit and that was the perfect choice. It also zips and buttons with no problem. I will be wearing it everyday for fall and winter.

I love this heavy winter coat. It has several pockets and most of them zip. The hood is detachable and it adjust to your liking. It also has thumb holes to keep your hand warm. It fits true to size.
