I absolutely love the Inoviva slushie frozen drink maker—it’s been such a fun and easy addition to our kitchen. In the video, I made an easy fruit smoothie using a strawberry banana nectar drink. The machine is straightforward to use and surprisingly easy to clean, which is a huge plus. We absolutely love this Inoviva Frozen Drink Maker! It was so easy to set up that my tween and teen were able to do it themselves without any help. The control panel is super simple and clearly labeled, and within minutes we were making our first slushies that were fully frozen and ready in about 30 minutes. The different settings for slushies, frappes, milkshakes, wine, and cocktails make it feel like a professional machine at home, and the thickness control is a great feature that really lets you customize each drink. Cleaning is unbelievably easy with the built-in clean cycle, and even taking it apart for a deeper clean is quick and painless. The slushie maker arrived quickly and setup was easy. It clearly states to let it rest on the counter for a minimum of 2 hrs before the first use. We followed the instruction and later tried our first slushie. It did not disappoint! Simply pour in your liquid if choice(we chose piña colada mix in a bottle), fill it between the minimum and maximum line marked in the container and press the power button. Simply select which type of mixed drink you would like to make and then press start. The machine immediately begins spinning and after several minutes you can observe the liquid thickening as it cools. Once you hear a beep and see a snowflake in the display, it is ready! Simply pull the lever to dispense into a cup and enjoy! The slushie tasted exactly like a frozen cocktail we could buy. It is so simple and delicious! Once done, we simply removed the container and rinsed and washed the components before putting the machine away. We will get lots of use out of this machine and look forward to mixing and sharing drinks with our friends in the summer!

Well I did have to return this purchase but NOT FOR ANY QUALITY ISSUE! I wanted simple slushie ice! I did not want any SUGAR OR SYRUP. Turns out ya have to add sugar for the machine to run. The customer service was GREAT and they are working on a model that does not need sugar for those of us being health conscious! Very well made product and good company but I could not use as it is!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I was sent A USED MACHINE !! There was excessive tape on the boxes, visible residue from what ever slushie was previously made in it & water stains on the machine (where you put in the liquid). This is UNACCEPTABLE. Item was returned.
