It was a learning curve for me because i am diabetic and there needs to be a sugar added to make the machine work. Allulose added to the machine works great. I have a slushy everyday. There are no leaks. Sets up easily. Price was really good and easy to clean. I think it's quiet enough and makes it quickly. I should have bought this a long time aho.

It's great! i had low expectations for this type of consumer product, but it'll slushify most sweet drinks witgin 10 minutes... i think i still haven't gotten the hang of the right sugar balance cause after 30 minutes or so if the tank isn't full, the whole slush blob is just at the front of the dispenser even at the lowest setting... but it's not a problem cause then i just add a little more juice and it brings it back to slush form. ezpz. works great for margaritas, it's not hard to make them quite strong and still have it slushy. Haven't experienced any leaks, after about 10 hours of total use, it's a little noisy in the same room, just a rhythmic whirring when the liquid gets low / too frozen but can't hear it outside of the kitchen. it's pretty easy to take apart and clean... though i think I'm wasting too much water cleaning it with it's self-clean functionality (otherwise don't know how to really clean the drum without leaving residue on it) the instruction manual is pretty descriptive and helpful, so hold on to it!

So far I am highly disappointed. I followed all the setup instructions, filled the tank between the min and max line, selected the slushy option and medium thickness, but the machine runs for about 3-5 minutes before throwing an error which maps to the "tank empty or below min" issue. The tank is clearly not empty and is cold, but is not actually making slushy. It's just cold juice. I have reached out to Support for this as this was just delivered today, and will update my review depending on their Support team's assistance.

The machine work good, there is no leakage and it doesn’t take long to make a slushy with using regular sodas. The only issue I see with this machine is I think it should display temperatures and be able to adjust the temperature. We love it.
