This is so simple, but works so well! My calves tend to get very tight from my workouts, so this is a great addition to my home gym. I like that you can adjust the incline by adding or taking away blocks. They are lightweight and feel very durable.

Up until now, these have been great for proper my feet under the desk and elevating on slightly. This slant boards are super lightweight and very sturdy. They can withstand a lot of weight. You get three of these boards. You can stack two of them together to increase the pitch. With the cold weather approaching, these are going to come in handy for stretching my calves, and loosening them up in the morning. With the cold weather, my calves really stiffen up and these provide the perfect easy stretch. They are lightweight and easy to pick up and put away. Great product.

Use it to stretch out my calf and achilles but this board is hard and, if you have a sock on, your foot slides. Doesn’t compare favorably with the firm, foam brands.
