Kit was fine and complete but the wheels are very small. Pay attention to the description for this one as your may be surprised that it looks more like a kit for cabinet barn doors and not a full size barn door.

Bought three, installation was easy, price was great and sturdy for purpose intended. Two minor problems: One of the two piece tracks did not fit together as well as the other two. Not a big problem, just not as smooth. One of the stopper end pieces had a flaw in the set screw which made it difficult to attach.

I installed it and basically everything I measured was off. It didn’t fit to my situation. Basically this is for a new door that you buy that’s taller and wider than the door frame itself. It tells you how many inches from the ceiling…. But what if you dont have a standard ceiling? My ceilings were higher. I used the same door that came off the door frame and the door was shorter than the header. I was still able to put a header BUT even with using the measurements given I was still an inch off the floor. The door is up and the style is nice. It was simple even doing this with one person. I still had to purchase an additional floor guide that was 1 3/4 inch because the door was still an inch off the floor. Good price, nice product. Just beware it may not meet your expectations if you have a different situation than what’s given in the instructions.
